I am not one to do bad reviews when I have an issue. I usually try to give the company the chance to resolve it first. This company has been so bad to deal with. I have been asking them for over 4 months to replace a part of this water fountain because it always stays on, never turns off no matter what I do. I have sent them over 7 video clips, as they have asked me to. They take days, sometimes weeks to reply to me and never have a resolution. They have never sent me any warranty-covered parts to fix this issue. It is too bad because I love the idea of this product, but their lack of response and care is completely unacceptable for what I paid for this unit. Will never order any other products from them again.

Excellent, cat-friendly, feeder and app
We have the Polar wet food feeder for our cat. She immediately took to it and was happy to eat from the feeder at mealtimes from day one.
I love that we can get updates while we are at work on when our cat came to feed and for how long.
Set up of the pet feeder was very straightforward and the app is intuitive and fun to use. We also like the Care section and the helpful cat-related to-do list.
Highly recommended.
Smart, Reliable, and Worth Every Penny 😺
We have two Petlibro RFID Smart Feeders and truly love them. We bought them when one of our cats was diagnosed with kidney disease and needed a renal diet, while our other cat is on a separate diet for weight management. The RFID collar tags ensure each feeder only opens for the correct cat, which has been a game-changer. The quality is outstanding, and setup was incredibly easy.
My husband and I travel and work a lot, so we rely on these feeders every day. They give us real peace of mind knowing each cat is getting the right food. The app is also a huge plus! We can control the feeders and monitor their food intake right from our phones, even when we’re not home.
Customer service has been amazing as well, especially their communication. I would absolutely recommend this product to any pet lover.

The staff at PetLibro help were VERY quick in their responses. And even though I managed to figure out how to get his feeder back online, the staff were very quick to be helpful if I needed it.
Charged TWICE for items that never arrived. Nightmare experience.
I ordered the Dock water fountain and splash shield and was initially excited to receive them. Unfortunately, the fountain never arrived. I was promised a full refund for the total order and even received an email stating it had been processed. However, upon checking my bank account, Petlibro had charged the full amount again instead of refunding me.
I have now been charged twice for a product I never received. Their customer service is shocking and confusing to deal with. I am completely out of pocket and still waiting for these double charges to be returned. Proceed with extreme caution.

Not worth the money
After 2 years of using my petlibro wifi connected water fountain, I would not buy again. It isn't very user friendly and is hard to disassemble the pump. It becomes dirty very quickly, and I'd much prefer a cheaper fountain or just a bowl of water in hindsight. The sensor picks up the slightest draughts in low traffic areas. I get the notification that a cat is drinking when everyone in the household is in the other room. Definitely not worth the price tag.

Amazing customer service
I had a small issue with a product that I had purchased (it was my own fault). I reached out to customer support who replied almost immediately and within 24hrs I already had a new part shipped out to me. Amazing customer service!
Excellent Customer Service
I bought $200+ worth of Petlibro products in Nov 2024. I never had an issue with my dry food feeder. My wet food feeder started glitching a year after I purchased. I sent a video to Petlibro detailing the problem and they promptly addressed it with a replacement. I appreciate the quick customer service and would purchase Petlibro in the future. I recommend buying direct from their website to ensure the warranty.

Garbage! The expensive automatic feeder stopped working in a month and customer service is completely ignoring me. Stay away from them. Very scammy company

Petlibro has a fast customer service response time that really shows they care about pets and pet parents.
I had an issue with one of my RFID feeders. I went through the app's recommended process a few times and wasn't getting the results I needed. I emailed customer service from the app. Within minutes, I had a response from customer service. While they initially misunderstood my issue, some of their thorough suggestions sparked an idea in my mind. i wrote back and reexplained my issue. It was escalated to a higher level. I figured out the issue on my own. I received a nice note back from the upper level agent. I feel like the response time and willingness to help me troubleshoot my problems really says a lot about Petlibro's care and concern about pets and pet parents. I know five cats using Petlibro products. It is so nice to set the feeders and confidently know my cats are going to get fed and have fresh water all day.
I love every single product!!!
I love every single dry kibble feeder, wet food feeder, and water fountain that I have ever bought from Petlibro, but when I tell you their automatic litter box has made it worth writing a review... this is epic! This new smart litter box is incredibly intuitive to set up, easy to keep clean, has NO SMELL, and has some of the best in-app customization options on the market. It fits right in the same location as the litter box it replaced in our bedroom and not only looks better & works like a charm, but incredibly importantly it lets me sleep through automatic cleaning!!! Finally there are NO LIGHTS (you can turn them on/off, and the night mode WORKS), and the fan can be turned down to low. It did take my kitties a while to fully understand what it was - my little old lady thought it was a new hammock and napped in it a few times until our other cat finally realized it was a potty. Now he's been using it ever since! It's his favorite place to pee, and with five other automatic litter box options available in our house, that's a BIG deal! Definitely a keeper and so excited to have critical health data available for my peace of mind and for clarity during vet visits. This is a total game changer!

I got the automatic RFID feeder and love it. It keeps my one cat out while letting my grazer eat when she wants. They also have great customer service that helped make ordering an additional part super easy!
Good products backed by responsive support
I own two feeders and a water fountain from Petlibro and they all have worked flawlessly in the 2 years since I've bought them. The app is also really well built and functions well. And on the few times I've had to contact support, I've always been pleased with their response. Honestly can't wait to see what else they might make!
Good product--room for improvements
We have bought 5 Petlibro dry food feeders in the last few months as we have 5 cats-- one with kidney diet. The feeders were easy to assemble and set up, easy to clean and operate. We don't fill the hopper with food--just enough for a 24 hour period. Three of our cats took to them fine as they had worn collars before and the unit didn't make any loud noises. One other cat is getting accustomed, but our baby of the family (1 1/2 yrs) is struggling a bit. She doesn't love the collar but it is the RFID tag that drives her insane as it is large and cumbersome. She will be a work in progress for a while. I did not use the collars that came with the product --I bought breakaways. It would be amazing if Petlibro could come up with an RFID that would fit ON the collars and not hang OFF of them. I do not regret our purchases at all but will be checking back to see if improvements on the collar/tag have been made.
