LYING COMPANY

Ordered a book well before the Christmas cut off date as advertised which should’ve arrived at least a week before Christmas and I eventually got it two months later at the end of January. I had sent them numerous emails to which different people replied to me each time, basically stating there was nothing they could do to track down my book despite their own website stating that they would investigate within 10 days if an order had not been received. After at least 10 emails back and forth over numerous weeks it was discovered that it was because I chose my shipping destination as a post office box not a home address, and they supposedly only ship to post office boxes if you choose express (which I assume is so they can make more money) - HOWEVER nowhere on their shipping and delivery information on their website, including where you go to pay, did it state that they don’t ship to post office boxes. Despite it being their own fault I never got my package before Christmas, they refused to give me a refund for my product, which I no longer need as Christmas is well over and the present was supposed to go with a family members new dog that they were getting for Christmas. After threatening to complain higher up, they said they would offer me a refund for the shipping cost, which I still have not received. As with many other people, I am very disappointed in this lying, unprofessional organisation and will definitely not be buying from them again.

Not legit company. Never received the book. Sent email and not responds I ordered on Oct, 2019 and still hear from them. They just took my money. DO NOT ORDER . Not a real company!

we ordered two books for Christmas, one for our dog, Sulley and one for our niece's cat Mr. Bentley. They are fabulous!!!! well illustrated, cute story and the personalized message was super sweet! I plan on ordering more items for birthdays in the future (the blanket for sure) keep up the great work and products!!!!!

The website is not very clear when coming to pay, please beware and check your order if you decide to go back and make changes, my order duplicated after making changes, it doesn’t tell you this until you’ve put in your card details and been charged. I emailed straight away to tell them them the mistake but they wouldn’t give me a refund claiming it at already gone to print. I absolutely don’t believe them at-all, there is Zero interest in customer satisfaction, they just want to take your money. I’ve emailed three times now and all replies just politely fob me off. I would never order from this website again or recommend. I am a very very unhappy customer. I feel like I’ve been seriously swindled out of money. I wish there was something else I could do to report them/ highlight this as I am reluctant to let them get away with this, daylight robbery.

Just received the book. It’s absolutely adorable. Love it!

Not delivered in time for Christmas despite being ordered in time to do so. Response is ‘to wait for it to be delivered’ before contacting them again... as it was supposedly despatched 5 days ago on a 1-2 day delivery who knows when that will be. Tracking number provided shows nothing. Disappointed as it was advertised as being delivered in time for Christmas (and that’s why we purchased it) and now my daughter has a present missing under the tree 😔.

Update 2.1.20 - still not arrived, response from petlandia is to send us an email with multi website addresses for various courier companies so we chase it ourselves (with which courier it was supposedly sent through we don’t know!). Basically they don’t want to know and hope we will just go away... when their products don’t arrive I’m not going to write off £15!! Shocking lack of any customer service... would advise avoid at all costs. I fear we will have to pursue via PayPal to get a refund. If I could give a minus star I definitely would.

IT is as it says on the tin, Size is decent. Quality is decent. Its a Gift for my partner, when i emailed explaining i have had no confirmation of delivery etc, Within 15 minutes had a response from Amilee explaining they had an issue with the printer, as a result bumped me up to first class and got it today! That is customer service at its finest. So everyone going "Their Rude, They dont care" i have to disagree. Will more than happily forward the emails if anyone wants proof. Genuinely happy with it and know it will make my partner really happy due to the sentiment.

Ordered a book, no confirmation email, automated customer service. Phone number just suggests emailing them. done that, and no real response.

After emailing again, I got a human response. Beware, confirmation emails can appear in the spam box!

Awful service, no delivery update still waiting, still advertising in time for chrisrmas delivery yet apparantly takes 72 hours to dispatch ive been waiting qmd waitimg, emailed and apparantly printer broke however another lady emailed and they told her that 3 days before they told me!

I also had trouble with the costumer service. Very rude about it. Wouldn’t help at all, said I couldn’t change a accidental double order literally minutes after purchase.

Company was rude and sarcastic to me on social media after I had already made a large purchase and commented on how I wished their 30% off ad showed up for me before I made my purchase in stead of immediately after. Their attitude is very concerning and I worry how they would handle an issue with an incorrect order. I got the impression that they are very money hungry and don’t care about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and wish I never placed an order.

I just received a book about my Great Dane. Good quality, worth the money. Definitely recommend!

Amazing product. The quality of these personalised books is incredible, but the stories really make them special. We purchased two stories based on our puppy Mac for our kids’ Christmas and they loved them.
