Wrongfully subscribed but refunded

On the13 of December 2023 my acount was debited by Petfun4you. I immediately emailed the support team and they responded promptly to say that unfortunately they cannot reverse the transaction as only authorised transactions result in an account debited but they will however investigate the matter. I am happy to say they have since contacted me to initiate a refund. Which will be processed shortly.

The issue is being resolved

This company debited my account unauthorised, the matter was escalated to their customer care and a consultant named Josh is gladly assisting me with the cancellation of the subscription and a refund, thank you for taking your time to rectify this misunderstanding.

Mac Donald's scam

Signed up for a Mac Donald's promotion, entered my personal details including my payment through my bank, then I received a msg saying payment unsuccessful but the payment wae debited from my account
OUT AND OUT LOWLIFE Scammers
Looks like these thieves are based in Limassol
I've reported them to a fight the scammer site, hopefully they find them and shut them down

Unknown membership to a company

petfun4you is a phishing website

The same story as other people reporting this site.
First, one makes me pay for a false delivery, the credentials are then used for a subscription whith a weekly fee of 64,95 €!! Each 30 days the 64,95 € that you payd before cannot be used anymore for paying for articles in the shop.
We tried to order some things to use all of our credits but the site cancels the order because they cannot deliver.

I have 2 charges on my card for this awful company. I haven't ordered anything thankfully but they have charged me 9.37 and 47.12. They will not return my money. Stay away from them.p
