Delivery times are getting longer and longer! I still haven’t received this months shipment and I ordered two weeks ago.

Very upset felt ripped off

I was with them for any years then they jacked up the price no warning chewy is so much bet $20 less per bag when I called PetFlow they didn’t care.

Delivered? Never Got It

My package was delivered to an incorrect area and Petflow made good on it. I have been buying $168 dog food every 5 weeks for years.

Great until they blindily start charging you 30% more than when you started your autoship

I was pleased with this company, delivering our needed dog food to our door. I signed up for autoship and trusted the price would remain as I had signed up. Suddenly after 5 months, I looked at my bill...I was paying 30% MORE than what I had initiated. Switch back Amazon Prime, more transparent and ethical in my opinion.

I buy both hip & joint and also skin & coat. The hip / joint ones they smell really good makes me want to try but I know better LOL. Xena likes them also and gets them every couple days. Thanks for a great product!

Selling Stuff out of the garage are we????

how this place has good reviews is beyond me!! Their orders page does not match the amounts on our bank page and we were refused refunds for 2 items that we never received because their warehouse's system doesn't give the workers sufficient warning that items are not available to fulfill our order,,,,,there's no phone number to call and that a manager will call,,,he did but he contradicted what the agent on chat said to me,,,she claims refunds were issued which they were not and he says oh we never charged you the full amount,,,,yet according to the bank website you did and there are no reversals of charges on the site!!! you just lost a customer,,,our vet recommended you,,,,we will definitely let her know to send her pet owner clients elsewhere!! I already called you about this and spoke to a manager and he didn’t seem willing to correct this in fact when i told him I would have to take my business elsewhere his EXACT words to me were “that’s fine” so how can you expect to make this right after a response like that? If you were going to make this right then this should have been handled when i called you on the phone not after you were notified of a bad review!!!
