Still waiting for an order or even an update on an order 9 days ago. I see from other reviews the muzzle I ordered (buried down in description...) takes 21-28 days to get to me. I'm sorry these are NOT hand made items. If they are not in stock the website should say that (as well as the 21-28 day wait!) at the TOP or by the order button! I could have ordered from another company and would have had the muzzle by now. So much for saving a few bucks and giving another company a shot. HOPEFULLY it comes eventually....

Zero response. Don't respond to their phone messages or emails and never got the product. I'm really disappointed and now I have to go through this issue of getting refunded. What the where are you people?

I originally ordered the 12” long chews and received 6” chews. I contacted the company and they told me they would rush the correct order and for my inconvenience to keep the 6” chews. I appreciate that someone made a mistake and the seller quickly corrected their mistake. This is a small business and I love supporting businesses like this. My dogs love the chews and I will order from them again.

This is a horrible company with absolutely zero customer support. I ordered a product off Amazon with a delivery date of 2 days after ordering. Now two weeks into ordering this and no product. I have contacted by email and left messages on their phone with no response. Absolutely worst customer support I've experienced. The products they sell are available from other vendors and I don't believe they manufacture anything except fraud by not sending out products, no tracking numbers and again zero customer support

I ordered a single muzzle from Pet Expertise that my dog trainer recommended. I waited several weeks with no shipping information or anything beyond the order confirmation. I called the number on their website and they told me that the muzzle is handmade and that the turn around time is usually 4 weeks. No fault of Pet Expertise. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars though is because it took me calling and digging to find out this information. The website didn't give an estimation on my order or anything. Many of the one star reviews may not have waited the appropriate amount of time for their items as well, but I feel like the confusion could have been avoided if the website had an estimation or at least the standard turn around time for certain items.

Buy Ruffland from Pet Expertise. They ship out fairly quick and free shipping on the order. They provide many configuration of the doors and different kennel sizes. I am very happy I was able to get my Ruffland Kennel from them.

Let me start by saying that I’m not one to write reviews. But I had to write one for this company.
Their customer support is amazing. They are quick, efficient and so polite. In my experience that is not something you find often now days. I would recommend the company to anyone.

On August 11, I placed an order with Pet Expertise. Unfortunately, as can happen to any company, the order got lost in the shuffle. On August 24, I contacted Customer Service to see what was going on with my order. Within a few hours I received a response and within less than 24 hours I received my order. Problem stated; problem acknowledged; problem solved. Excellent customer service. Plus, the item I ordered - a Tru-Fit dog harness - appears to be very sturdily made and therefore able to keep 70 pounds of muscle and determination safe in the car.

i've bought 2 ruffland kennels from pet expertise and was very happy with the product and the service. both kennels arrived quicker than promised, free shipping and the cheapest price i could find online.

Pet Expertise helped me through each and every step with my recent order. I ordered a muzzle for my reactive dog and am incredibly happy with my purchase. After I ordered, there was an issue with my mailing address and they took the time to figure out how to get my order to me (which required a few emails back and forth). All the interactions were pleasant, timely, and professional. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again and I definitely recommend them!!

Left a message with a question and they promptly returned my call and answered by question. I have ordered 2 Ruffland kennels and will be anxiously awaiting delivery.

I’ve purchased Urban Wolf from Pet Expertise for 15+ years. I’ve never had an issue with them. Prompt and exactly what I order!

I have been a loyal regular online customer for about 3 years now. We have 2 English Cream Goldens and order a natural food from them which is very hard to find. I can get it elsewhere but the level of customer service and quick turn around /shipping on orders is far superior than other online sites I have used. Love the small business mentality and caring they give to their customers. Thank you!

Orded a simple collar for $42. The following day expected a confirmation but received nothing but $42 charge to our account. BTW we ordered the same collar from Chewy for $16 which arrived in 2 days. After a week still no collar or email confirming shipment. Dont bother to call as it says we only respond to email We have sent multiple emails requesting a refund but no response AVOID THIS GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Horrible business. Had only problems for a simple 1 item order and did not even ship after 3 weeks. Canceled my order and asked PayPal for a refund. Doesn’t seem like a legit business!

Having bought a product (dog muzzle) on the internet, the product was supposedly in stock and took more than a month to be delivered with shipping costs almost identical to the product. Unfortunately to my great disappointment, upon delivery the post office indicated an additional cost to give me the product. Customs fees never indicated or mentioned on the invoice. The seller questions my word and does not want to pay the extra cost. It is for my part fraud and I will file a complaint.

Insurance needed. This company does help you if the merchandise is stolen from your porch, execpt to tell you to reorder to a different address. Please be sure to use a credit card that insures purchase.
