Good price on a discontinued item but it wasn’t clear that the timing for delivery didn’t count the day UPS picks up the package so timing was tighter than needed to be.

I have an excellent experience with Peter Glenn customer service ( Jason),

Just a note that, through no fault of your own, FedEx was delayed in making the delivery once they received the package from Peter Glenn; if find this to be a common problem with FedEx.

The CSR Listened and went to a manager to get a resolution - I made an order then had gall bladder surgery and a rough (ugly) recovery. By the time I got to all the packages and had a chance to try things on I realized I needed the same items but in Different sizes. They arranged for a credit and gave me a pre authorization to send the items back. I was very pleased with their working with me. Love Peter Glynn

Great all around transaction.
Great price. Very reasonable shipping costs. I purchased the Return Postage for an additional $4.?? in case I needed to return the jacket. Luckily I didn't have to make a return, but I thought $4.?? was well worth the cost. Package arrived on time and the packaging was excellent. I will buy from this company again.
