Excellent service!! My shorts went to the wrong address probably because I was too casual in placing my order and got the wrong post code. Customer services never the less got them back on track very quickly and readdressed them. Thank you very much for the great service and especially to Samantha at Customer Services.

I ordered 2 pairs of Jeanos in size 38/32. When I tried them on they were both much too long - about 34 inches. I paid to have them altered and contacted your Customer Services. The lady I spoke to couldn't care less about the inconvenience and cost to me, and seemed only concerned about your problems of possibly having to measure your stock.
The trousers are of very basic quality anyway, and I would urge caution for other purchasers.

Trouser size wrong twice over
Still waiting for refund, so too soon for a final view on service. But the trousers, supposedly 38 waist and 30 leg, did not fit in either dimension. The waist was smaller than 38 and the leg was longer than 30. Interestingly the label had a sticker on it which changed the printed leg size of 32 to 30. I suspect the original was correct.

Having inspected the item returned, it does appear to be measuring correctly both in the waist and inside leg. The trousers were tailored down from a 32L to a 30L to fulfil your order. We have a professional tailoring team here on site who are completely competent and maintain a high level of consistency with their work.
