Ordered a replacement flap for large dog door, that my two big dogs had just worn down. Arrived very fast and was packed very securely. Even had a little yellow sticker to which way to put the flap in. Great service. Already recommended Alie and Greg to my daughter.

The service Alie and Greg provided was more than just "excellent"! They delivered their service in very professional manner, and at same time, very fun and entertaining way. Greg's done fabulous job intalling a cat door. He talked me through every steps of the procesdure, and it was really reassuring and fascinating. He made it look like a very easy job, but I am sure it takes a lot to get the job done that well. And I have to mention that his business card is so cool, it's worth seeing!

We had just moved into a new house with old and rusty cat door which had a broken hinge - and being winter - we needed it up and running quickly for our dog.

A quick Google search led us to PetDoorsRUs... then a quick phone call to their owner - Allie - and she asked all the questions needed to work out what sort of cat door it was, the size and she had the rights spare parts in the post which arrived next day.

its an awesome feeling when someone makes a hard job really simple like that. Big fans ever since, and have done other business together
