Wow, PetDirect ace the dying art of great customer service
Wow, just want to say how impressed I am with PetDirect's stand out customer service on more than one occasion recently. Yesterday I
received in my letterbox a beautiful card from the team in sympathy for the passing of my beloved, elderly cat... I was gob-smacked in the most appreciative way, even my cats vet didn't bother sending a card in sympathy after the thousands I'd spent there on his care and despite the sad, inevitable ending. The card and envelope was hand written and the message felt genuinely sincere and caring. I was deeply touched by the thoughtfulness & compassion from the team behind PetDirect on this and the one previous occasion I'd been in touch which would've been the only way they'd know of my cats passing. You see I'd written a 1 star review for some products my cats wouldn't touch, just being honest. Not only did they reach out to me directly to remedy it, offering a refund, their integrity at accepting the poor review for the product was genuine in order to help inform other customers. Honestly, this is the kind of integrity, ethics, decency and above all exceptional customer care that is just like an absolute dying art nowadays. Thank you PetDirect! Really proud to be a customer of yours, your service is so appreciated and definitely not gone unnoticed.

Pet direct is amazing

I like shopping at Pet Direct as I get EXCELLENT SERVICE,
I like shopping at Pet Direct as I get a good selection of products for my cat and usually the goods are at my back door the next morning. That to me is really great service. It is in fact quicker than if I was going out to get pet food for my cat. So I can only speak highly of Pet Direct and their service. Well excellent service.
