My Purrtek stopped working and when I called for assistance I was promptly issued a replacement and it's being shipped in an expedited manner. It's a terrific machine and I greatly appreciate the replacement policy.

Alondra was amazing when I called and verified my purchase the product was replaced. The stop error had no solution other than a replacement. It arrived the next fantastic customer service.

We were very pleased with our unit but unfortunately it had issues only months into using it. I contacted the customer support and provided pictures and proof of purchase. Customer support was extremely nice, helpful, and understanding and was willing to provide a replacement unit. The unit arrived quickly, literally days within days of contacting customer support.

I researched many automatic cat litter boxes for two male cats, bonded brothers! The ones with semi open tops seemed promising, but the petcove light proved the best for these boys.

I have been a cat owner for 17 years and have tried every big brand automatic litter box on the market, but the PetCove PurrTek Light is by far the easiest to maintain and most comfortable for my two cats. My big boy is roughly 27lbs and part Maine Coon, and this is the first box that is actually comfortably big enough for his size. I love that I can control exactly when it cleans after a cat has used it and that the rake is remarkably quiet and very easily cleaned.
The unit also keeps litter box smells to a minimum and I rarely smell it except maybe when it is currently cleaning and dumping the waste into the bin. The unit holds a lot of waste and the bags that come with it have held up great. I have had this litter box since the beginning of January (4 months) and only have to deep clean it maybe once a month, which only takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes using a wide brush for the base and a smaller one for the nooks and crannies. Other than that, I just take the trash out every 3 to 4 days and add litter when it gets low.
Even though the motor failed after four months of use, which could happen with absolutely any electronic, the company offers a lifetime warranty that they actually stand behind. My box stopped working late on a Sunday and the customer service was unbelievably quick and reassuring. I spoke with CM about the issues I was having and they were incredibly kind and thorough with the replacement process. It is rare to find someone so patient and genuinely helpful, but CM went above and beyond to make me feel heard and supported throughout the entire experience. It took only one business day for CM to troubleshoot my issues and have a replacement shipped so that it will be here by Thursday.
You are not only investing in a great quality product but you are investing in a company and people like CM who will hear your concerns and take them seriously, which is, as many of us know, very rare.

With 3 rescue cats this litter box has been a life saver. I was really bummed when I noticed that it stopped retracting. I contacted customer service and within 2 days they were sending me out a new litter box. Thank you so much for a hassle free experience

The Petcove Max automatic litter box is a great product, however, it suddenly began to malfunction. I contacted customer service and after a quick diagnosis, they opted to replace the unit. Alondra communicated regularly to keep me informed on every step of the process. Unfortunately, mechanical items can malfunction or break. But extraordinary customer service made this experience painless. Thank you.

I have had issues with my automatic litter box and PetCove had jumped right in to help resolve the issue. Alondra sent several strategies to try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately they were unresolvable and PetCove immediately sent me out a new unit. CUSTOMER SERVICE is fantastic and they totally stand for their products.

All I can say is wow what customer service is the best. They helped me with my litter box and since they didn't have a replacement they are shipping me a new one. Sooo excited

We were having some issues with our Petcove PurrTek Max litter machine that we purchased in Aug 2025. The machine kept saying the litter waste bin was full even when it was empty. I contacted customer service for help and Alondra was quick to respond and give us some pointers. We went through all of the steps suggested to try and remedy the situation. She had me send her video and pics of the control panel. After going through a few troubleshooting sessions, Alondra let me know they would be sending us a BRAND NEW litter box! Wow!! We got it a few days ago and it is working great! I think maybe we had a faulty machine. I also recently contacted customer service regarding our subscription order for waste bags and my interaction with them then was awesome. Quick to respond and help.

I have been so happy with my Petcove. I have two cats and they took to it immediately. My one cat is a scratcher and likes to dig in the littler. Because of this she raised the liner and I didn’t know what to do. I contacted customer service and they were amazing, they immediately responded and explained the liner was not in stock but would add me to a waiting list. I asked if I could purchase another model at a discounted price being that I am a senior and I don’t know if I would be able to replace the part. Because of the amazing customer service they are replacing my Petcove. I am so pleased with this company and I would purchase anything from them as they care about their customers. This is an amazing product and an amazing company. They have really come to this seniors rescue and I thank them for that. I have never been treated so well.

Alondra was a great help in helping me replace my litter box, as mine had a mechanical issue! Customer service at petcove is the best amongst the best. Will definitely reach out again if I need any assistance!

The product just didn’t work out for us but their customer service was amazing which has inspired me to want to try their product again in the future.

The motor of my litter box died, and I called expecting to be sent a new motor that I could put in. Instead, the representative I spoke with, Alondra, went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I called at 10 AM on Thursday, and by Saturday, there was an entire new litter box at my door. I am truly astonished at how wonderful and incredible and easy it was to resolve the issue, and I am a PetCove customer for life because of this! Thank you, thank you, thank you Alondra (and the PetCove team)! Fig and I truly appreciate it more than words can say!
