Horrible!! Do not purchase from this website!!
I made a purchase on 3/23/26 for a “military grade harness” what I received was a thin cheaply made harness with plastic clips, I was shocked when the return address was China.
I sent them an email regarding the return request and received an email back stating what I purchased!! I sent many emails saying I know what I bought and I need to return this.
Then received another email stating they have a high volume of customers to be patient.
It has been over 2 weeks and still have not received my refund. I have never experienced such horrible customer service with any company than this one. I’m starting to think this is a fake site.

I was impressed with the quality. The material is great and I love it.

The tactical dog harness from PetBelong is great. My Siberian Husky loves it and actually puts his head into the harness when I show it to him. And no more pulling! Great product! I highly recommend it!

The customer service started before my harness shipped. Mitch was very responsive and got my size changed.He answered my questions very quickly. The only suggestion I have is to show a dog walking in a real life situation; such as a dog pulling to sniff grass, or how to deal with other walkers. The dog in the video is obviously well trained. Unfortunately the harness does not work well in my situation, but the company is awesome 😎

I emailed the company for guidance on how to fit the harness properly and I received an email with great visual and written instructions.

I wanted a harness that I did not have to pull over my American Bully’s head. I researched several that I saw on line. I chose PetBelong. I am very pleased with my selection. I asked them several questions prior to ordering. I received updates on when I should expect my order as well as receiving follow up questions regarding the harness. I really liked receiving the video on how to adjust the size for optimal fit.

Quality product but buying from a USA company I was unpleased to see it ship out of China verry deceiving and inappropriate should of been stated in website I was happy to buy a USA product being in Canada but not Chinese build !

The flexibility and customer service was very helpful.

Harness is Perfect- Was the best investment thus far for him, as previous harness used from another merchant was a waste of my $80+ b/c it wasn't durable and my 7-m/o shepherdor chewed it off when it was accidently left on him after returning from a walk. I feel more in control when I'm out walking him, although he still pulls on the leash - but not as much as once did, prior to purchasing PetBelong harness. We'll just see as we move forward, as it's still a little premature to provide a full, complete and accurate assessment, at this juncture. Check back with us in the next 3- mo.

I love heras herrness she looks amazing in it no pulling always got her under control cant wait to order a few more things thank you petbelong.

Totally recommend it, Great customer service and excellent products

Took 12 days just to see on tracking it was in transit. They have no contact number had to email them several times to find out if it was shipped. All they would say is they are looking into it . The harness they sell maybe excellent. But there customer service is horrible!

The vest and the leash are really good. Putting the leash on the hook under Maximo's neck really helps minimize pulling on the leash. I would like the leash to be a bit shorter, but the quality is excellent.

The seat belt holder does not work, maybe because Maximo is strong and pulled rigorously on it. It came out of the seat belt latch. He also was able to chew halfway through it in about 20 minutes--the time he was in the car.

We got the medium, our Livvy Dinosaur still needs to grow in to it a bit more. Adjusts easy enough but have noticed it comes loose on walks. Not sure, we've missed something, or whether she needs to grow a bit more. She turns 1 next month.

Great communication from beginning to end

It fit good at first, followed instructions however now it is loose and will to adjust again.

Original purchase was too large. I ordered a size smaller and was only charged the shipping and did not have to return the original purchase.

Everything about the harness is good, we have not had any pulling while walking and the printable training with the harness is a plus; a big thanks for this wonderful equipment.

I was not impressed with the plastic buckles and excessive strap material. It didnt fit my spoo at all they are very deep chested with small waists. I did appreciate customer service as they worked with me to get a positive outcome.
