iDLOGIC supply pet microchips to trained microchip implanters including animal breeders and veterinarians. Our microchips include free DEFRA approved database registration. We offer next day delivery to most of the UK. iDLOGIC pet microchips are manufactured to EU standards, with biocompatible glass which is coated in an anti-migration treatment that will help prevent movement of the microchip once it's been implanted in the animal. Our 8mm pet microchips and 10mm pet microchips are incredibly small but still offer an excellent read range when scanned. This makes microchip implanting a much easier and more comfortable procedure for both the implanter and especially smaller animals.

Very fast and professional service. Becky was brillant with replying to any of my questions. Would highly recommend this company. My only complaint is the company that the microchips are registered to, I found them harder to get hold of and slow to reply to emails.

Customer service very good and replies to any queries I had I didn’t find the chips as good quality as I would’ve liked. However, I think all in all they can be very Flimsy. One of the self loading chips. The chip was right at the end of the needle and just fell out as we unwrapped it the chip just fell on the floor. That was one chip Which was obviously Unusable. The second ship that became unusable the plastic cap that protects the chip we could not get it off. It was really stuck on. We had to put such force to pull it off the whole chip just fell apart so out of the five chips, two were no good to us at all.

Thank you for the update, thats very strange as the only way the microchip itself can come out is if the plunger is depressed.
The protective sheath has a tiny protrusion inside, which keeps the microchip from getting dislodged until your ready to loosen the sheath and remove the safety cuff that prevents accidental plunging prior to being ready for microchipping the pet.
We can send you out 2 replacements unless you would prefer a refund on this occasion for the 2 that were unused?

Would you be able to feedback what part of the microchips you found to be flimsy, all the microchips themselves are manufactured to a specific standard. The needles are tested to make sure they are consistently incredibly sharp, so is it the dispenser that you found to be substandard?

I am so sorry your order has not been received as yet. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail industrial action parcels are taking longer than usual.

Due to my old chip supplier going bust during pandemic , I needed to find a reliable company selling UK products not cheap Chinese imports that are unsatisfactory and can cause site issues. This supplier fitted all boxes.
