I called in Mike for a mouse infestation and from the first interaction he was polite, reassuring, up front on costings, and kept in touch about when he would arrive etc. We also decided to have him back for the second visit to block the gaps he identified and rebait our troubles areas and he was so tidy and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend him for this type of service.

I had a major problem with squirrels in the house we just moved into. I called Mike and even before he came over he talked me through the process of eliminating them and what I could do on my side (even if that meant not needing to call him out costing him a job!)

He was also quick to answer every question I threw at him, was totally transparent and gave me constant feedback.
Prior to him coming over he gave me a precise quote based on the info I gave him.

He arrived promptly, got rid of the squirrels, secured the house to make sure they would not return and provided after care. He was great value and the service he provided was second to none.

I'd not hesitate recommending him to anyone who has a problem with pests. And if - Heaven forbid - we have problems with other pests - from moths to foxes, he's going to be the first person I call.

What can I say. Absolutely outstanding service. A wasp nest was proving problematic for my tenants outside the front door of my property so I called Mike at 15:27 on a Thursday afternoon and he was there within the hour, treated the problem and even sent me a photo of the treatment. It gets better he then followed up with the tenants the following day to ensure the treatment had worked which it had. What a top bloke. His number is definitely saved and I will be passing it on as you don't come across quality service like this very often.

Mike has absolutely changed our lives ever since he completed the mouse proofing work on our home 8 months ago, not a sign or sound of them anywhere!

We had a very bad mouse/rat infestation problem that kept coming and going on and off for several years. Other pest control people would come, lay a few traps, charge a lot of money and leave. Never actually solving the problem.

It was really refreshing to see Mike on his first visit do a thorough inspection of the entire house and not just where we asked him to look as we saw mice there.

Next he identified all the problem areas of where they could be coming from and put strong poison in all the holes he found.

On his next visit he completed all the proofing work we discussed and completed them on the agreed date in 1 day.

Since then we have not heard a squeak or scratch!

Would 100% recommend Mike and his team to solve any pest problem permanently.

We had a problem with cockroaches in our flat for few months. Upon calling few different companies we found PestFreeMike. We called Mike and found him to give us more advise over the phone then all the other people combined together. Mike’s price was competitive and he could fit us in next day which was very handy. Mike arrived few min before scheduled appointment time and he got to work right away. He implemented the treatment and gave us useful advise on what and what not to do. After two weeks we haven’t seen any more cockroaches and very grateful that we decided to go with PestFreeMike as the whole experience was stress free and very effective. We had problem with rats in one of our rented properties. Rats were active in the loft causing lots of scratching at night. Our tenat was very stressed about the whole situation. We find PestFreeMike Pest Control online and after reading some of the reviews on his work we gave him a call. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained how he operates and what could be the cause of problem. We booked a visit and Mike came down next day, he found number of proofing issues as well as problem with sewage system. He baited all affected areas and came back several days later to complete proofing works. The job was completed was very clean and there was no mess left behind. Mike has followed up with us after the proofing works and to be honest for me as Landolrd it was one of the smoothest dealing with a contractor ever. I really would like to have all my contractors as trustworthy and efficient as Mike. Great customer service, great price, effective treatment! Highly recommended!

Mike was very responsive, professional and even came out next day for treatment to the tenant's home. He also gives advice based on what you need and does not try to fleece you for extra cash, like many others in this industry. Swift service, very nice guy and even provides check-in and follow-up. I hope not to have a cockroach problem again, but if I do, I'll be using his services. 10/10 would recommend
