I fully recommend this company!
This is my second review for this company, that's how incredible they are! Bryn was on time, very pleasant to chat with, made sure the all the traps were correctly placed, gave me some brilliant advice on how mice behave! I really appreciate this! 5* company! Competent and helped put me at ease with the 'mouse visitor' we had.

Great customer service
Very pleased with catch it pest control. Darren, (the technician they sent round) was very friendly, professional, and answered all the questions I had. He was also extremely easy to get hold of out of hours, and was more than happy to answer any follow up questions. He really did go above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great service.
My cat brought a rat home and let it go in my kitchen .horrified I tried to corner it but it got away and I couldn't find it .I called catch-it and they sent a technician round straight away. The rat was not visible so traps were put in place and was caught the next morning .
Bryn the technician returned to remove it and helped to clean away any droppings. A fast and professional service all round. Thank you catch-it

Got bitten by bed bugs on holiday & was worried as I left my suitcase in the car so called Catch-it to spray it. Bryn was excellent & is the consummate professional. Communicating wonderfully & totally put my mind to rest. I'd defininately highly recommend this service & especially Bryn.

Really efficient & effective service. Next day call out for treatment which had worked straight away. Also offer a garuntee which is incredibly reassuring. It was a pleasure to have Nicolas the technician providing the 3 course treatment, he was very knowledgable, gave good advice and always incredibly polite.

As the Managing Agent of a block of flats in London NW8, we instructed this company after dispensing with the services of Rentokil and we have not experienced any issues. They're very competent and Darren is very proactive & professional at his job. One of his best qualities is troubleshooting skills which has brought great satisfaction to our clients.
