I called Ash early on a Thursday morning as we had mites in our chicken coop. He was really helpful and honest about options. He booked me in for the following day. Don then messaged to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. He attended to the problem and was really friendly. I’m really impressed with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

It appears that my visit from this company and my subsequent messages about their failure to return to my property were lost in an administrative black hole. I have now had an apology and an explanation of what went wrong. I believe that good customer service is about resolving issues when they arise, and the issues I have experienced have been thoroughly resolved. So well done.

We have been working with Pestforce for nearly a year now. The team is great, helpful and supportive both on the admin side and on site. They helped us with our rat issues which is now resolved and now they are onto the pigeon fouling issues. Joe was super quick to respond and sort our problem. A mole had destroyed our newly laid garden and I was heartbroken. Joe came straight away and kept us informed every week of what was happening, what was going to happen, when he would come and what we needed to do if anything. Really lovely guy in person too! We got in touch with Malcolm after finding a rodent problem in a house we recently moved into.
Malcolm arranged to come round promptly, was very knowledgable and carried out the work quickly while keeping us informed of what was needed and the likely costs throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Pestforce because I had a problem with pigeons nesting under the solar panels on my roof. The man I spoke to said he would come out the next day to have a look. Nobody came the next day so I texted him and a young lady came and took photos of the panels and said they would send me a quote either by text or email. 10 days later I still hadn’t heard from them so messaged them again and then a couple of days later I left a voicemail saying if there was a problem and they couldn’t do the job just to let me know. Nothing. I know unexpected things can happen and I really don’t like leaving an unfavourable review but I think this is really bad business practice. All they had to do was drop me a text or email saying they couldn’t do the job for whatever reason instead of leaving me hanging like this. I Chose them because it said it was a local company and didn’t expect to be treated like this.
