At least ive been refounded the shipping cost but its clearly not enough

I’ve not received my order it’s been…
I’ve not received my order it’s been over two weeks now. The emails I get in response are automated. They don’t reply to DMs on insta, or comments. No way of contacting. I’m really disappointed & not sure what to do. I don’t understand why something like this would take so long. No tracking number provided just a confirmation of payment.

Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely horrible. They never respond to your emails. They don’t even respond to the delivery company FedEx in terms of customs. They never refunded me nor did I receive the other part of my package. They are literally a headache to deal with, trust me and avoid this brand.
Not so good..
Product is valid, good materials and such…but the package arrived 1 week after the delivery-date announced by Peso and the hoodie had an hole in the front-tasks…I like very much their stuff but I’m not sure I’ll buy other products…disappointed. Also the customer service never reply to my questions about the delay of the package.
Poor customer service
Ordered with these guys 3 times, the first order they lost and the 3rd order they sent the completely wrong sizes. As an overseas customer this is extremely irritating as I’m still being charged for shipping fees for Peso’s faults. Notified customer service and have waiting 3 days with no response from customer service. Really like their clothes and the quality but they’re causing too much hassle atm.

They’ve sent me an email asking me to give them i’m honest opinion about the service before. I’ve even received my order which is now been over four weeks of waiting to have it delivered. I’ve emailed numerous times and had no reply back. I think their policies absolutely shocking and I still am very angry that I haven’t received my order. Customer service needs improving a lot and it would be nice to receive some confirmation about where the item is that I’ve ordered.
