Hello, I bought trainers from the decathlon website. Apparently Decathlon Marketplace is a platform where selected third-party sellers list and sell their products through the Decathlon website. The trainers I bought were sold by one of these third party sellers Pertemba. The trainers are too small and I’m trying to return them. Decathlon provided a link which leads to Pertemba returns however when I register the return it advises to email Pertemba who at directing me back to the Decathlon marketplace saying Decathlon are responsible for the return. Basically both organisations are saying it is the other’s responsibility. Total scam. I’ll never purchase from Decathlon again.

Please be careful of this company I placed the order on Sunday 15 March 2026 through Debenhams , I never know that they were in partnership with this company. They never sent me a email of confirmation. I paid through Clearpay and they have taken my money and I have to pay Clearpay back . I received one item and it is too small and I have no order number to return the item
This is so ridiculous, this is a scam . No order number or confirmation email I have received for you .
I will be contacting Trading standards because am so frustrated also very confused about the whole situation.

I was looking for an unbranded genuine trucker cap, had a little online wander and came across the perfect one. Cannot fault the ease of order, the delivery and never let it be understated the quality I was looking for, Beechfield do not disappoint in their knowledge of a good product that gets better the more you wear it in. Usually I don’t write low rated reviews, but unfortunately I have to for now.
I ordered a t shirt off Debenhams marketplace on Tuesday 11th March and now it’s Tuesday 17th March- my order still hasn’t been shipped out. This isn’t the case with Debenhams as they aren’t the ones shipping, it’s Pertemba. My Evri tracking has been stuck on ‘we’re expecting it’ since Friday 13th. As a seller myself, this means that the shipping label was CREATED not SHIPPED/COLLECTED by Evri. I have been trying to reach out to Pertemba customer service and nobody is responding back. My expected delivery date is by Sunday 22nd March but highly doubt that the package will even leave the warehouse! If the order isn’t shipped out soon, I would like to get a refund as this is nothing but money grabbing.
UPDATE: i have received the package today since it was shipped yesterday :) everything is in good condition and size is great! (19th March)

I bought the Quadra SLX-Lite 35L Hiking Backpack on sale, it was a great price, maybe too good to be true but since I had seen the same backpack with a price tag above £50 with some retailers, I went ahead with it.
Free delivery and free returns, hence the 3 stars, thank you Pertemba!
In regards to the actual backpack, the material is very, very light, the bag is OK for gym use or a weekend away I guess, but I plan to do some heavy duty travel and I don't think the bag will last..so I returned it today.
Will update the review once I experience the full return "journey":)

The garment I ordered is a good fit, the colour I was looking for and is of a very fine quality. Delivery was timely.
If I could give no stars I would.Shocking service and being pushed back to Evri courier and customer services.Debenhams and Evri no one seems to want to be to blame.Ordered items 3 weeks ago and this out sourced pertemba for debenhams provider.Just constantly being fobbed off...I want a refund as clearly my items have been lost or stolen by courier as they should've been delivered 18/1/26 but wasn't put in locker so then chose shop literally 5 mins away from locker.No updates by Evri either.
Someone is accountable here !
Evri will also be having a rating too as I'm totally disgraced that I'm not being refunded and I'm having to keep chasing debenhams/pertemba and Evri.
I would avoid at all costs and will have to take this up by small claims as I've asked to be refunded to no avail.
UPDATE 2/2/2026 Refunded for 2 items that I put in a FORMAL COMPLAINT about in and got paid back by faster payment into my account but NOW 1 item is outstanding of REFUND in which was stated this was on 30/1/2026...This has not been refunded into my account. I have contacted Pretemba via Debenhams and have the correspondence evidence.
I'd like refund for the other item as a faster payment. Not prepared to wait any longer as waiting etc has gone on long enough and will be making another formal complaint now.I do have every piece of evidence of correspondence so I don't know how you can say nothings been seen of my complaints.
But do appreciate the refund of the other 2 items .
Just please get this right and refund my 1st item is all I ask thankyou.
UPDATE: Refunded now completed for the first item 4/2/2026.
Always be cautious as to where goods are being provided from and their delivery methods.

The sizing chart is rather odd for Uk sizes. After first purchasing an order for 2 women’s tee shirts at L size, they were way too small. Sending these back and reordering 2 No XL they are still on the small side and are still too tight for these 2 ladies no larger than UK size 12. Although quick to refund the first undersize (less postage unfortunately), I’m sorry to say but can no longer order from this website.
I’m so not impressed. Your sizing is all wrong.

Nice scarf, slightly shorter than I’d expected, wanted, but great vibrant colours. Good quality. Packaged well and sent out quickly. Very helpful communication.
Good service from Universal Textiles. A nice fitting garment, good value for money and British made too.

Very very poor/non existent customer service. I wish I looked this up before ordering items from Pertemba via decathlon, poor quality items which were returned however refund not received, been over 10 days,decathlon say they can't help and I need to liaise with Pertemba, whom is non contactable! Will never be ordering from them again.

Very disappointing experience with Decathlon France and their partners (Colis Privé / Pertemba). I never received my parcel, and nobody took real responsibility. After two weeks of supposed “delivery update” regarding my name and address, I had to chase the parcel myself again, only to discover it had already been returned to the sender.
Pertemba offered a refund, saying resending the same parcel was “not possible.” An agent then advised me that the best solution would be to reorder the item since it was supposedly still in stock. What I later found out is that the same product is now €25 more expensive, and my size is no longer available.
This was a complete waste of time, poor communication, and zero accountability between Decathlon, the carrier, and Pertemba. Very frustrating and disappointing. I will try to avoid ordering from them in the future.

Ordered some hats from Debenhams on the 18th November and still waiting for items to be sent. These were Christmas presents really wished i had read the reviews before hand. I can’t get a refund until the 6th December.

Disastrous. I ordered an item through Decathlon Australia. Rather than the item being despatched by Decathlon in the UK, the order is handed to Pertemba as a third party. The order has not arrived, no-one knows where it is (though they assert otherwise), and no-one will take responsiblity. Decathlon Australia simply sends an email to Pertemba 'Customer Service Team' (really?), and the response (three times now) is always the same : they have (allegedly) contacted the couriers in Australia and there is a 'high volume of deliveries' for my area. They then tell me that the local postal service will deliver it 'soon'. So, they don't know if it is a courier company or Australia Post, they won't provide me with this information, they have ignored my request for a refund on the basis of non-delivery, there is no way I can track the item now that it is apparently in Australia although, again allegedly, they have access to 'information'. They keep telling me they understand my frustration, but I doubt it very much!!!
