I just joined Perspire and can say the spa experience was good. Now I have a issue trying to sign up on the app. I didn't get much help from the location that I went to just told to scan the barcode. Reading these other reviews I'm kind of Leary now of this place.

I joined the Perspire in Ballantyne a few months ago during a major Membership push with lots of balloons 🎈 and pretty gals. They made the usual sales promises but against my better judgment I gave them my Debit Card and off we went . So how did it turn out well let’s see . The Sauna temperatures NEVER came close to the 170 Degrees promised. The room TVs ALWAYS lost connectivity & cut off during the sessions. The front desk was OFTEN unmanned upon arriving.. It took them 2 MONTHS to cancel my membership and after many lies and delays finally stopped charging my card ! NO REFUND AS OF YET AND THEY CANCELED MY ‘BANKED VISITS’ ! Avoid this place like the PLAGUE . Ripoff !

The sauna sessions are nice, the concept is lovely.

But the service is extremely bad. Have been calling with them multiple times to fix billing issues, it’s annoying.

This is the first time in my life EVER, that I am writing a “bad” review. So this means a lot.

We’ve been double charged and they made false promises. Which can happen, but it happened 3 times.

1) At first, we’ve been told that we could use the membership at all locations. Turned out we couldn’t (which they didn’t tell us), so we’ve been charged multiple times.

2) An employee told us we could use our sessions up until the next month if we wouldn’t use them. Turned out, we couldn’t

AKA they’re saying A, but not B. And leaving you with more costs.

Waste of time. Waste of money.

Extremely dissapointed.
