I requested information about a family member on the US, it’s marriage status was only seen with her previous husband and nothing for the current (they’ve been together for 21y now). The same about the husband. Absolutely disappointing but at the same time we did not have to request the opt out option:)
Update #1: It has now been over 5 months since emailing them to opt out of their name directory / people directory and heard absolutely nothing. Interestingly enough they respond very quickly for the regular search opt out, but if you mention their name directory it's crickets and they just ignore you. Completely unacceptable.
I emailed them to opt out over 30 business days ago and haven't heard a thing from them and the info hasn't been removed. They promised to have it done in 10-20 business days which is honestly way too slow, but I waited patiently anyway and they never responded or completed the opt out. If they aren't able to keep up or don't have enough staff I have no idea why they do opt outs exclusively by email.
My mother died. I was Executor. I need previous marriages and divorces to settle the estate. Nothing was accurate. 8 marriages listed---zero divorces. 6 out of 8 marriages listed my Mom was never married to these men. My Dad (who I know for a fact was married and divorced is not even listed) Do not waste your money---I cancelled and requested a Refund within 45 minutes. FYI: Make sure when cancelling you request a REFUND otherwise you will not get one
