Gemma was extremely helpful
Gemma was extremely helpful. I needed help to navigate the online system where I had found myself at a dead end. Gemma patiently and clearly helped me navigate to the correct place and advised very clearly which documents I could use for my DBS. Gemma, at Taxi Plus came to my rescue.. I am hopeless when it comes to the digital world!
..she guided me through completing the DBS/DVLA check form, also assisted with the ID verification process, whilst I was in the Post Office and as promised contacted me the following day.

I would not recommend
emails sent, DBS still not received – 70 days and still counting! I would not recommend them! and before you respond to this, PC, check your emails!!!
