Trying to sort out a time critical deadline and an employee unable to find their DBS, I contacted Personnel Checks for advice, I got this in abundance from Jordan along with support, information and plenty of options regarding my situation. Jordan was friendly and helpful from the start. Quick to respond to queries and very aware of our requirements of the system. She offered to provide training at short notice when she realised there was a gap in knowledge which was really helpful. She was able to resolve queries effectively. Poor customer support
Three months after making my application for an enhanced DBS Check I had not heard from them. Getting in contact was extremely difficult as their customer support line was always busy.
