Further to my previous review, Luke from Personal Prezzies is not responding to any correspondence and has left us unpaid, contrary to what he promised.

Placed an order with them, they took my money and now won't reply

Did not deliver item, no tracking updates provided, do not respond to messages or emails.
A huge disappointment as ordered for a present!

Do not order from this website, I placed an order on 14/12/22 and it still hasn’t been dispatched 4 weeks later, but my money was taken swiftly!!

Still not arrived or even been shipped 7 days after i paid for express delivery.

I have not received my order, and this company does not reply to my messages I want a refund Elaine williams

I ordered personalised golf balls with my own design late on a Monday evening and paid for standard delivery so was not expecting a delivery on Friday! Amazing quick service with a great quality product would highly recommend personal prezzies

Lovely design. Arrived on time but my delivery cost was almost as much as the item itself, almost doubled the price. The lettering also doesn't stand out very well, have to really look hard to make out what it says.

I ordered a candle over a month ago, and had no response to my email asking where it was. They did respond quickly via the web chat and have offered me a full refund and were very polite. Shame though as I did want the candle.

If I could give zero stars I would.Placed order last Thurs to be here for Valentine's on Monday (2-3) business days, tracked on Monday to find it was still being processed and was told that was due to it being an outside supplier. On Tuesday after complaining I was told it had been sent out and should be with me shortly. Wednesday I was told they had run out of labels and order was cancelled. If I'd been told truth on Monday I could have arranged for something else.

It's a birthday present. Think its a great personal gift.

All the glass bottles of beer and rum was broken on delivery
I emailed yourself and never got a reply

This is the first time I’ve shopped here and have to say I’m really pleased. I bought a personalised chopping board for my daughter and her partner and they were so delighted with it. It arrived quicker than I expected for a personalised item too, and at a reasonable price. I’ve recommended to my friends.

I emailed them with concerns about the size of the item I was going to receive after taking another look at my order. and personal prezzies were only happy to help they were very helpful and would definitely recommend them. the item came perfectly packed and ontime would definitely buy off them again
