Finance Officers That Make it Easy
On the 4th of November applied for personal loan to my Bank, BNZ Online, had some requests via email, responded, no reply, tried the 0800 number, gave reference no, Um sorry just send email, ??? in a effort to clarify issues called into my local branch 0f BNZ, they helped me clarify 1 issue, and then told wait for email ??? basically waited until 15/11/2024. then recieved basic confirmation ?? While being mucked about by My Bank went searching for other options, Found Harmoney Finance, got a actual phone call, so started procedure, while they were a bit better, there system would not connect correctly to BNZ to retreive what was required, eventually they did confirm the Loan, But I also tried MTF (Motor Trade Finance), who I have used many times over the years, Well excellence was acheived, Tony Watson in P North Office, was available by Phone, Email, Txt what ever it took, There Systems connected with BNZ, retreived what was required and Worked, Only a day and a half later, Money is in MY Account. Cant Commend MTF any more highly, BNZ Emails toute OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE as there Moto, Fraudulent Advertising if you Ask Me, So sent response emails to Non Contenders. Good On You MTF
