Absolutely terrible!!!
Sequin cushion!!! I ordered one for Christmas and as other reviews state the quality is shocking! When I asked for a refund as not fit for purpose they said no refunds as it states white bits can appear. The cushion is mostly white, you can’t recognise the photo. I sent several more emails and seemed to get just automated unhelpful, couldn’t care less replies. They will be making a fortune this Christmas, let’s hope they don’t make it next year as they have no customer care at all.

I so wish I'd read reviews before. Just received awful sequined cushion. Emailed back, awaiting reply and details of how I get a refund. If a product is not of merchantable quality and judging by the reviews, none are, by law they have to refund your money. Avoid at all costs. I'll await their reply. Received their reply promptly. Said that the photograph on the sequins can reveal white bits as this effect moves when you rub the sequins up. No actually your company makes inferior merchandise. Whatever you do AVOID THE SEQUIN PILLOWS. THE PHOTO WHEN REVEALED WILL HAVE WHITE BITS ALL OVER IT. NOTHING TO DO WITH BRUSHING THE SEQUINS UP AND DOWN, JUST POOR QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHY AND POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE.

PERSONALISED SEQUIN CUSHION.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRODUCT IMAGE'S ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. Extremely poor quality printing on the product, the product image's on the page are misleading and clearly digitally manipulated to sell an inferior level of quality.
I purchased 3 sequin cushions on the website advertised buy 2 get 1 free, I ended up paying for all 3 and despite repeat requests cannot get a refund from Personalised Treasures for the third cushion. The cushions were 18.99, apparently reduced from 31.99.....seriously!?
The cushions have a large frame around the image, misleadingly not shown on any of the product page image's, so, as you are led to believe on the product page the image doesn't go to the edge of the cushion.
The image is very bitty and full of white areas, I understood there would be some, but the photo subjects look like they are in a snow storm, again nothing like the image shown on the misleading 'draw you in' product page image's.
These are definitely not treasures and really just cheap tat. I had purchased them for Christmas presents but would be embarrassed to present them. Shop elsewhere, there are other companies with better and more honest customer service.

For a business dealing in personalised items, their customer service falls way short of being anything other than obtuse.

I ordered three personalised sequin cushions from them in a silver colour, and what I received was 1 silver cushion and 2 white cushions. When I queried this, I was informed that the colour selection reflects only the colour of the sequins and not the colour of the cushion itself. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website.

In addition, the quality of the printing on one cushion was far inferior to the other two. When I queried this, I was simply informed that they can't offer a refund on personalised items. I didn't mention a refund in any way - what I wanted was a quality product.

It seems they have these stock responses ready and are not interested in the slightest in offering any kind of post-purchase support.

I would recommend taking your business elswehere, as although the products may well be personalised, they are most certainly not treasure.

UPDATE: I escalated this issue to my credit card provider and they agreed with my opinion so was awarded a refund/chargeback against this shameful excuse for a company

Ordered a sequinned photo cushion for my granddaughter for Christmas and when it arrived the photo was unrecognisable not straight and the cover never fitted the cushion, so I contacted their after service So unhelpful refused to give a refund and said this is the best they can do, due to the manner of the printing. Very poor quality and terrible after service.
Do Not Order from this company.

I ordered a photo blanket for my daughter’s Christmas present based on the photographs advertised on the website. I received my order and was horrified at the quality of the blanket! Cheap and thin material with a dreadful overlocked edge that looked like an old rag. In short, complete and utter false advertising on this website!
I immediately emailed photos of what they had sent to me compared to what they are advertising and asked for a collection of the item and a full refund. The reply I got was that they would only offer me a 10% refund. I refused the offer and asked for someone to call me to discuss, I also tried to phone them and left messages, I’ve had no refund or phone call!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE ARE BEYOND AWFUL!

Shocking service. The cushion we have been sent is terrible and bears no resemblance to the ones on the product page. The sequins are distorted so the photo is not clear.

After paying for tracked delivery I expected it within 2 working days as per website info. I placed my order 29th October and it finally turned up today on the 7th November. This was bought as a present for my wife from our children. Her birthday was the 6th November.

This was disappointing enough, but even more so that my emails regarding delivery went without response.

Despite this, I would have let this go if the product was of a decent standard. And it isn’t. To say it is dreadful would be an understatement. The picture resolution is shocking. You cannot even make out the faces on the key ring. This is not to do with the picture quality I sent, as I had a phone cover done with the same picture which is around 5-6 times larger and the clarity is excellent (from another company I might add).

I am not one for reviews OR complaining believe it or not, but when the customer service and the product is this poor it leaves me feeling like this is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a canvas for Father's day. It took three days to arrive, the canvas was very good quality so was extremely pleased.

Excellent service 100% recommendations ordered many times never had a problem also fast delivery 🚚

The slate picture I ordered were good quality and I would totally recommend them.

I also ordered cushions and they were very poor quality loads of white blank sequins in the picture and some falling out. I should have asked for a refund but couldn’t be bothered. So read the reviews before buying..

I placed an order on 23 November 2021, they kept emailing me because they said they had not received all my details. They took 28.00 from my account. Just before Christmas my necklace turned up, I was not happy with it, I now find they have taken another 12.00 from my account in December, I am waiting for an explanation. I would not trust this company I regretted placing my order as soon as they started emailing me but to late to cancel. I now have to cancel my card so that they do not get anymore money from me.

I bought my son a personalised keyring and a large cushion. I also ordered a sequin cushion for my little granddaughter. Delivery was really fast.. just took a few days

Awful service from this company, we ordered 2 photo key rings and only received 1. We have sent numerous emails for the reminder of our order and we’ve had no response at all.

Product received looks nothing like their advertisements. So many white spots that the original photo is unrecognisable. They say the spots are normal and flagged up on their website but none of their advertised products look like what I received. One or two spots acceptable, but not the whole photo covered in them. I'd give negative stars if I could for the poor post-sale customer service.

Ordered a 21st plaque early November for a special bday. A few days after I ordered this I was contacted to advise that the size I ordered was no longer available and asked if I would like the smaller size. Back and forth the emails went with at least 24 hours for each one to be responded to despite my prompt replies. No clarity on what the size was, price difference, will there be a refund etc. Had the info been provided in the first email could have been far smoother. I eventually agreed to the partial refund and the smaller size. 2 weeks later still no refund or item so the emails began again. I had also mentioned at that point the original size I had ordered is showing on their website and asked if it was available after all, and if so I wanted this. I hadn’t received the refund either. The email said I would get the one I requested, again, I go back with asking which the original order or the smaller size (each email was just hard work with a min 24 hrs response times in between) I pointed out they are not even answering what I am asking them and asked for this to be escalated to a manager which was completely overlooked, never once acknowledged. I then one month later received a £10 refund and a smaller size. Shame really as a beautiful product but shocking customer service from multiple agents who responded to me. I will NEVER order again nor will I ever recommend this place. If only I had read these reviews beforehand.

I ordered 2 personalised christmas books at the end of October, it is now 21st November and I still haven't received my order! I've chased and chased, have had 2 replies saying it will be looked into but the last few days I've had no reply, Really shocking customer service

1 Star as I ordered before the cut off date for a personalised cushion to arrive on Mother’s Day. Not only did my delivery come after said day they have ignored my emails regarding this. 1 Star because the cushion was just ‘ok’, nothing like the images or video; and the company overall don’t care about service as long as they’ve taken your money it seems.

Note: I was also initially sent an email to review the cushion on their site. I put the above which naturally was not approved. Hiding the truth I guess. This review was removed initially, can provide proof of purchase! STOP TRYING TO HIDE!!!
