The travel mug was a really cheap mug, the type you find in a £1 shop. The lid just pushed on and doesn’t seal so the hot drink just pours out all over your top. I have contacted the company and will see if they reply and refund me.
Ordered a birthday gift box for £25 when it arrived the inscription on top of the box was unclear as it was engraved on top of the wood grain I sent a email and a photo of the box and was impressed with the speed of reply Not so happy with their decision as they thought that inscription was up to there quality control stand
