The letters on my bottle are peeling after having it for 2 months and properly taking care of it. The bottle leaks and is not a very good quality at all. I have tried to contact the customer service email multiple times, and have not received a single reply.

What a bunch of criminals! ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS! Took money from my bank, sent a bottle with NO STRAW, the bottle leaks and they have blocked me from contacting them.

Ordered 3 bottles over 6 weeks ago and have emailed numerous times with no reply. Has anyone received any reply from this company?

Like everyone else on here, myself and a friend fell for this trap. Unfortunately we did not see that Love Island had an official online shop otherwise we would have bought from there. We are both very disappointed from losing our money on this scam and have requested refunds with no reply. I will be contacting the ombudsman on the issue.

same story here, my wife ordered 3 bottles over 3 weeks ago, £45 in someones pocket, then times that by god knows how many people, this is theft! it trails back to a computer software buisiness located in london, i have emailed 4 times in 3 days with no reply
makes me laugh, some kid sat in a bedroom taking god knows how much money and we cant do a thing about it!!

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY ordered a love island bottle 3 weeks ago got no tracking number and have emailed 4 tines with out any response I always look up reviews Before ordering online the one time I don’t this happened absolutely appalling company don’t order from it

I ordered a 2bottles 2month ago and I tried contacting them , no response at all. This is a fake company just be aware .
I send them so many emails nobody responded .
This website is a scam and fake . You won’t get money back aswell.

I ordered a bottle and a month later it arrives.
I was advised about what happened with their previous bottle supplier however the bottle I received lacks a properly functioning lid and the suction in the lid. It lacks the power to bring liquid up the tube properly whilst also making a noise when doing so. Unsatisfied.

Ordered two bottles couple of weeks ago. Got them as little joke for my wife and her friend as we are going on a villa holiday tomorrow.
Still not received despite emails to them..

The product itself is lovely but it took almost a month to receive it and many unanswered emails! I asked for the order to be cancelled two weeks before it arrived and again, was ignored. Eventually I was told why the product was late and that there are only 2 staff working for the company. None of which is my problem.. it is not clear from the website that there’s only two of them, if you say 3-5 days then you need to deliver on that promise, or at least explain why you can’t! Not impressed, a friend missed out on a birthday present because of it!

emailed continuously as i ordered over two weeks ago and still nothing !! will definitely be reporting them and getting to the bottom of this

My 13 year old spend £17+ ponds on a bottle from this company.... it leaks and they s#made it with an incorrect font! Now emailed 3 times without any acknowledgement!

Ordered 2 love island bottles over 2 weeks ago , they have never arrived !! Emailed the company twice and no reply from either email sent 🤬🤬🤬. Do not use this company they are a scam 😤😤

Tin pot,RIP off company Do not fall for this as my daughter bought one for her friends birthday for it not to turn up at all,have emailed but no response. Will be looking into tracking down who is responsible.

I left a comment on there Instagram page earlier this evening & surprisingly there page is no longer found!

Same as everyone else. Scam. Paid and never got anything. Emails ignored.

I have decided that I will issue legal proceedings against the company. I know it’s a very small amount of money but I don’t believe that a company should be allowed to defraud people in this way. I am not asking for any money for doing this - I am going to pursue it myself so if you would also like to try and get your money back as a point of principle please contact me.

Ordered 2 weeks ago paid over £15 for this, no communication no shipping details, no reply’s to emails. Avoid avoid avoid.

orderd 1 week ago emailed company as it was stated 2 day shipping eventually found a phone mumber but its a bogus number that no one answers i ordered a bottle at £14.50 but now they are being advertised at £13.95 so people are updating the web page, massive scam, luckily i paid with apple pay so they dont have my card details. fu**ers.
