Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding on my part, and a throw back of emails regarding an order, I was very heated before Rubee was able to explain the situation, on reflection Rubee responded with grace and etiquette, I however did not, I have ordered from here a few times prior and the orders have always been of fantastic quality.

Very rude and poor customer service. The fact that she is forever blasting people all over social media that disagree with her is also poor customer service. The way of you question the poor quality of product you're removed from grace is a bad way of running business. Many people keep quiet because of the different designs available and the fact they cater for older children with their sizing, but it shouldn't always be allowed with the way they speak to people. The amount of orders I've had with complaints from customers due to the stitching coming away after one wash because of the shoddy quality is unreal. Being told not to contact or order ever again has done me a favour, I can now get off my lazy backside and find myself a quality wholesaler. Like the one who made a mistake apologised and rectified it with many apologies and no rudeness!!

I had an emergency where my parcel was redirected back to the company, and I desperately needed it. I contacted Rubee, who immediately looked into the issue for me. Within 10 minutes, she called me back to explain that she had managed to get through to DPD, who confirmed the parcel was damaged and couldn’t be redirected to me.
Since a collection had already taken place, Rubee quickly reorganised my order. I received an acknowledgment email within the hour confirming that the courier was expecting the parcel — and it was delivered within 24 hours.

Can I just say the quality of the items are absolutely fantastic their pyjamas are one of my best sellers within my small buisness. So many amazing colours and designs to choose from and the customer service and shipping is absolutely outstanding.
