I had to return an alarm as my wife who has dementia wouldn't accept wearing it. In doing so I was outside the return time and omitted to return all items at once, so there was a further delay. Yvonne in their customer care team was helpful throughout and I had a full refund without question.

from start to finish an excellent experience. Clear helpful advice about how the wrist watch works and it has worked brilliantly for my lovely mum who suffered a stroke. It has given us as a family reassurance that she can make contact with us if she needs us or if she should fall. This has helped to maintain her independence in her own home where she and us want her to be. I would definitely recommend this aid for the very reasonable cost and functionality. My mum has had a wrist alarm for several months, and was pleased with it. But last week her carer rang me to say that when she took the watch off its charger it had overheated, and was too hot to put on Mum's wrist - it would have burnt her.
I phoned Suresafe and got a quick callback, but what I was told by Helen was worrying. She asked how long the watch had been on charge, and when I said overnight, she said that was too long, and it shouldn't be left on for more than the couple of hours it takes to fully charge. Mum has always charged it at night, and Helen agreed there was nothing in the instructions to say that overcharging was dangerous. She said "most people would know". My 98 year old mother didn't know, nor did I. She suggested I try charging it again for just an hour or two, which I did. It again overheated, but not as much, and after leaving it a few minutes I was able to put it on mum's wrist. But an hour or so later I had a message to say it needed charging again.
I rang Helen again and explained. This time she said it did seem to be faulty, and organised a replacement, which came the next day and was easily set up with just a quick phonecall.
So overall we are happy, but I'm still unsure whether it's safe for Mum to charge overnight. She's not comfortable about wearing it in bed in case it goes off by mistake in the night. Perhaps when someone at Suresafe reads this review they will let me, and other users, know.
