I was recently tried Percil after yers using ultimate liquid detergent. The expensive was terrifying. Even with soaking before washing. The whites, I did twice and it wasn't perfect. Clothes beco... See more

This is FANTASTIC washing liquid
This is FANTASTIC washing liquid! ...I've tried all 3 and all are brilliant!
I would definitely recommend using this on heavily soiled or industrial workwear in particular as its the only liquid which actually gets rid of ingrained workwear smells...etc..road workers, tarmac workers ..you guys will understand.
Rubbish product
Rubbish product. Didn't even get soil marks out of a top I gardened in. Forget food marks completely. Poor product. Also used more than recommended. Smelt OK but that's it.
This product gave me a terrible rash immediately.
I have recently used this product and it has resulted in the most awful rash on my torso, arms and the tops of my legs. I have had to go to the doctor and apply E45 cream three times a day, two weeks in and it has still not gone. I have had to rewash everyone's clothes. Horrendous. Avoid.
Persil Wonder Wash
Bought the Persil Wonder Wash to try as was on offer at £5 in Sainsbury’s.
Ok, so no instructions on the bottle, scanned the QR code and take me to an advert 🤦♀️
Spent more time googling the instructions than it would take to do a short cycle 🤷♀️
Waste of my time. Sorry Persil but what you’ve saved on instructions on the label might just make your customers lose interest 🤷♀️
Persil 3 in 1 capsules a BIG disappointment
I have recently bought the Persil 3 in 1 capsules. I have used them twice and both times I have marks that almost looks like grease stains on my clothing. These marks were NOT there before they were washed.
I am gutted that a good dress has been ruined ! 😢
Underwhelmed wash!!!!
I purchased Persil Wonder Wash the pink one back in November. It gave me the worst rash on my arms and legs I have ever had and even now in the middle of February the rash has not gone. I had to rewash most of my clothes in sensitive laundry detergent and change all my body wash and body lotion to baby wash and E45 cream. My doctor prescribed steroid cream to start with to try and get rid of this. Even now I may be left with some scarring. This has left me really paranoid about what I use for washing going forward. Absolutely disgusted.
I swapped to persil liquid
I swapped to persil liquid. Around 6 weeks ago from tablet washes. The smell from this brand persil liquid is amazing. The complaints friends and family are saying is your washing smells amazing. I couldn't agree more. I open my wardrobe and it's smells amazing. I will continue using persil give it a try you won't be disappointed
Wonderful wash
I recently purchased a bottle of Persil wonder wash odour defy (the blue one) to try. I don't like that there are no dosing instructions on the bottle and if you don't wipe around the screw threads on the bottle liquid runs down the bottle, however it smells amazing in the bottle and I am very pleased with the results of this washing detergent on my usual washing programmes cotton's 4.5 kg of washing that is 2 hours 15 long at 60°c and 40°c using 100 litres of water, and synthetic 4.5 kg of washing at 60°c and 40°c that is 1 hour 45 long using 80 litres of water. All the washing I have done with this detergent has come out spotlessly clean and no scent whatsoever which I am very pleased about. I haven't done any quick washes as my machine will only take 2.5 kg of clothes on that programme.
Wonder washing no dosage instuctions
Just purchased persil wonder wash for first time has a qr code so I thought this was the dosage instructions but no! There are no dosage instructions on the bottle so you have to search h online for the information, beyond stupidity!!
Bleach Stains
Since using this product, I've noticed some of my washing with bleach marks or similar, only bought as it was on offer. Won't be buying again.
Absolute rubbish stuff
Absolute rubbish stuff. Never gets stains out and too bloody expensive. Cheaper options are way better
AVOID
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Just spent the last week of my life in purgatory. NEVER before have I had an allergic reaction to anything. Saw my doctor 3 times in one week, as the hives got worse and worse. Covered from head to toe, scratch myself so badlyI am bruised all over my torso. I have not changed anything I usually use in bahting, personal hygiene or washing. I was at the end of my tether. Having 8 antihistamine tablets a day. Used a tube of cooling gel a day. It just wasn't getting any better, if anything it was worse. I had bought the new Persil Wonder Wash for short cycles liquid, just to do lightly soiled t-towels, dogs towels etc, to see how good it was. Turns out my mum put my nightie in with the load done last week and used the Persil WW by mistake. I was living in the nightie as it was loose, but now i realise the one night i didnt wear it in bed i slept best for a long while. Started looking for reviews on the liquid and found people had exactly same issues i had. So penny dropped. I have severe hives everywhere my nightie touched my skin. Such a relief to find the reason but so angry there is such a product on the market. We are not talking a small rash, it covered me from under chin to half way down shins. It was like torture.
Disappointing
Washes well, but the smell is awful, leaving my home reeking of it. I will never buy it again.
ALLERGIC REACTION / HIVES
Words can’t even describe the absolute torment I have been in for the past 7 days+. Non stop itching, scratching, tossing and turning and not been able to to sit still whatsoever. I had zero idea what was going on until I decided to look at the reviews for Persil as I recently bought Persil’s Wonder Wash detergent. Well, well… The relief I had to know the cause but the absolute anger that a company could sell something to a consumer that has the potential to cause this level of allergic reaction. In all my years I have never ever had a problem with any detergent until this stuff. It’s has been HELL, I’ve had to wash, rewash and re wash again because it was so ingrained into the fabric and I wasn’t having any relief. I am still in bad discomfort and I will never ever use a Persil product again.
Overpowering smell of Wonder wash
Bought the new Wonder wash which was on offer at the time. When smelling at the bottle, it had a very flowery but strong smell, which I thought would be good for my laundry.
Oh dear.. it is SO strong, after the first wash, I hanged the clothes to dry at home and the smell was so over powering I had to leave all windows opened for the full day!
At this level, it is clearlya danger to people's health, I have now to add a couple of extra rinse to my laundry to try and get rid as much as I can of the smell.
Not necessary to say that I won't buy again...
Be wary if you have sensitive skin
I’ve used Persil Non-bio for years as I have sensitive skin and this detergent never irritated me.
I bought Wonder Wash Non-Bio as I often do a quick wash. What a mistake - the smell is overpowering, it’s not a laundry scent but something like a strong cleaner. More disturbingly for me was the allergic reaction I got on any part of my body where my clothes touched my skin. Luckily I realised the cause and have thrown it out.
Caused awful acute hives
Caused awful acute hives on me. Never had a reaction to any detergent before. It is also strongly scented (not perfumed). Such a shame as the idea is good but I just cannot use this. Am now on medication to try and control the itchiness and help with some sleep.
Read the warning on reverse of container!!!
After using Persil Wonder Wash for 2 weeks I suffered an awful itchy rash on legs arms and body, on studying the back of container for ingredients, I noticed a WARNING - "May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects"!!!
PERSIL - What is going on here.
Please read the back of container and you will leave it on the shelf.
PERSIL 3in1PODS I have used Persil…
PERSIL 3in1PODS I have used Persil since I was 18 years old and I am now in my 60s. Before that my Mum always used it. I have an expensive top of the range washing machine that is only 2 years old and working fine, but for the last 9 months I have noticed the pods aren't melting on a 40 degree wash and the blue slime is all over my clothes. I have switched to Persil non-bio liquid, no problem. Speaking to friends and colleagues, they switched long ago, having experienced the same problem.
Persil wonder wash is so disappointing…
Persil wonder wash is so disappointing on all levels. I did three wash loads two of which where bedding at 30 and 40 degrees none came out clean and the sickly smell is unbearable . All will need washing again a waste of time , money , water and electricity
