The disappointment comes when they mess your order and you realize you got 6 shirts back but one does not belong to you and someone else got your shirt.
Persil Customer Service does not even reply to open issues.
Well, simply convenience. Before the time that Persil service was available at Bayer in Monheim, I brought my shirts to a local shop and I had to pick it up after. This was time taking and required a little detour. Also the payment took some additional time. Since Persil is available at work with, very importantly, 3 reliable pick-up times per week, Monday-Wednesday-Friday, I highly appreciate the convenience of drop off, pick up, automatic payment and swift turn around. If Persil would not be available at work, I would need to seek service from a different provider.
The Persil Service is only helpful as long as everything goes according to plans. Anything goes wrong, and they are simply not there with any support or guidance. The e-mails take weeks to respond to and there is absolutely no solution-orientation. Unless you use them for no-regret items, I would recommend not going for their services to save the headache.
What else can i ask for: put the laundry in the bag, drop it off in office and pick them in few days perfectly clean!!! 5 stars and more👍
