I returned the pants due to a horrible…
I returned the pants due to a horrible fit. After they received the returned goods, nine days had passed, and they still had not posted a credit after their iniquitous restocking fee, which I knew nothing about. It took me three emails since there was no humanoid to chat with to get a response, and their answer was " inspection."It takes about 5 seconds to see the pants in the original sleeve and tags. I would never purchase from folks who do not care about how to treat a customer.

They advertise a “100% Happiness…
They advertise a “100% Happiness Guarantee,” but charge a $10 handling fee for returns. I bought a pair of pants from them that I liked, so I decided to try their shirt… $38 and it fit terribly… the whole claim of the shirt is it was supposed to be tighter in the arms, but the sleeves were oddly long and baggy. So I had to pay $10 to return a shirt that was advertised as completely the opposite of what it actually was.
