Nice people but...Wayfair in expensive clothes
Nice people, terrible execution. Paid $600 for a lamp (full retail, right?) and on delivery of a (broken) item, was informed it will be over a month until they can send another one. So - full price, discount delivery. That is unacceptable. It is what one might expect from a inexpensive online retailer such as Wayfair. Oh wait...this is their brand. Just totally not on. So don't.

I went to the Perigold shop in West…
I went to the Perigold shop in West Palm Beach. I wanted to buy two lamps. I selected the lamps and was told that they were not in the shop, but could be sent to me. NOT the point of taking the time to go to the shop!!! I could have done this myself. I received one of the lamps. The other lamp came and was broken. Now, I have to upload photos of the broken lamp, drive 30 minutes to a Fed Ex store to return it and wait 4 weeks to get a replacement. These lamps are $600 per lamp. Not acceptable. I will never go to this shop again. They don't stock anything. This is Wayfair service for a premium price. Crap!

Orde delivered but could bring into…
Orde delivered but could bring into house as they didn’t have enough people even though it was specified in order.
Rescheduled deliver for a week later, delivery never happened. No communication from Perigold. I had to call.
They promised delivery for Friday (tomorrow). Received confirmation email. An hour later got another email saying delivery scheduled for Sunday (two days later). No acknowledgment of Friday delivery or explanation as if that one was cancelled.
I’ve taken off work for two days now and no one seems to know what’s going on. If this is Wayfair’s premium brand they’ve got a lot of work to do.
