Full refund given after a reminder.
I wanted to edit my previous 1 star review as I received a full refund on making a telephone call to ask where it was. A very pleasant man assured me that it was in the pipeline. It was credited to my PP account the next day. But I cannot find my original review. The chap I was talking to was very persuasive that I should change it once I had received the refund. So this is what I’ve done.

Above and beyond service
Excellent customer service from these guy, had an issue with a fragrance, emailed and got a reply instantly then got a call from them straight away in which they said they would pay return postage and send a replacement item straightaway, which they did! Excellent no quibble service. Very professional, alot of companies should take a lesson from these quys. Superb choice of fragrances too. Highly recommended. Many thanks

I ordered a perfume from this company…
I ordered a perfume from this company that I had used some years ago, Chopard Pure Wish. It was expensive (£176), but when I received it, the perfume was obviously really old and off. The colour was not as it should have been and the smell was definitely off. I have written to the company so I hope to receive a reply soon. Having now researched the perfume it was apparently stopped In 2000 so the perfume sent to me is potentially 25 years old!
