Great service, good selection of authentic perfumes! Delivery is also great and in time!

Horrible experience. First they advertise a 3 oz bottle of EDP Shalimar so I ordered it in time for my mother's to get it for Mother's Day. After they take the payment I call them to inquire about the delay in shipment and the guy on the phone who sounded like I woke him up from a sleep told me there were NO 3oz bottles at all. He said he would ship me TWO 1.7oz bottles instead and I would get them "by Monday". This was Saturday that I managed to get through to them after a dozen or so times of the phone ringing and no one there picking up despite it being Working Hours...Fast Forward to Monday today and it is halfway through the day and the "Tracking number" they gave me shows it still has NOT moved from the store...and the website ChatBox told me they "have no record of that Order Number"....I have not been able to have anyone in the store pick up the phone...this is a very fraudulent or very unprofessional vendor....I feel like I've been robbed of the 150.00 I've spent. I've already contact Amazon and my credit card company

Poor service and poor customer support. I ordered and paid for two bottles of perfume. However, perfumesandrea sent one. Upon my request to customer support to send the second bottle of perfume (or refund me for it), I was asked to send a photo of what went wrong. This was a ridiculous response, however, I did so - sent a photo of the one bottle of perfume received . I am still awaiting a response to my issue (and photo).
