Very easy to deal with, sadly my fault for not reading the refund details before ordering, I chose a tester and cannot the product but not their fault the cologne smells horrible on me.
The order process was simple and the delivery was smooth and on time as they promise.

I waited 5 days then emailed requesting an update on the order you're asking for a rating for, on the 6th day I was then informed that the bottle was not in stock.
I requested a free shipping code towards a different perfume when asked how I'd like to move forward.
Was denied.

I'd like to first refer back to the end of the requested review I wrote in connection to your chosen wording in this response.
A week maybe? after this reached it's conclusion,
I was indeed sent a restock email, I promptly reordered. A few days later I was offered a %10 discount towards the next purchase, which I'm not yet ready to use.
If it was sent at the same time or even perhaps before? the restock email, I would absolutely have graciously applied it and as requested, updated the original review that was requested.
Here we are, and the update has been made, earlier than I mentioned, in response to your communication here.
I look forward to utilizing the promised non- time sensitive discount you offered.
