Perfumebff is my new bff. I love this site

I purchased my favorite fragrance here for the first time and I’m impressed with the website and great prices.

They are a scam! They stole my money and will not answer my calls or emails. Its been over a week and I have not received a reply and I've been emailing them all the time. There supposed customer support # they never return any of my calls. I spent almost $200 and they will not answer me. They are thieves plain and simple.

I already made a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the NY attorney general. Do not buy from them there positive reviews are fake. They even have fake positive reviews on google. Do not buy anything from them I thought I was getting an awesome deal and instead I got a nightmare.

I ordered a perfume on August,24th,2017 by the order #9042. As my house was completely flooded by Harvey Horricane, the order was not delivered. I contacted the phone number written on the website 347-410-9275 no body answered, I emailed .. no response till now. I contacted my bank who confirmed the transaction of 59.99 to perfumebff

BUYER BEWARE! Scam! I ordered Jador Dior, have been using this perfume for over 15 years. Immediately knew it was fake straight out of the box. Cheap plastic bottle & top with a fake sticker in a real box. The perfume dsnt even smell the same. Do not buy from this guy, these are cheap knock offs, not the real thing. Still had my last bottle to compare, not even close to the real thing. And it took almost a month to recieve it.

A friend of mine introduced me to Burberry London perfume as the best thing he had ever smelled so I ordered it from Hottperfume the next day and now that it arrived I’m telling everyone who will listen the same. This is the best smelling perfume I have received so many compliments in only the first two weeks of wearing it that I had to write this review

perfumebff is an absolutely careless company. After you order anything form them and pay, they are careless. I ordered some 3.4oz perfume , Sep 12th. Had been waiting on that for the whole month, then called 347 number, never answer, message asking to email them. I emailed 3 times, no respond it all. After 2 months of waiting I put on dispute my cc. In one week after that I received perfume 2.5 oz. I called and emailed for return label due to wrong item delivered. I had been waiting for ANY communication what so ever...Nothing.. I mailed back their perfume, paid $10 for delivery. Nothing... I called today and left message again...PLEASE DON'T USE THEM, DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!

Bought two of my favorite perfumes about a month ago, I had nothing but a perfect experience in shopping here. The price was right and I received my order in good time compared to other sites I've used. My perfumes are awesome, so I can't expect any more than that for it to have been a good choice for me.

I ordered and received a Creed perfume. Upon opening the bottle and 1 spray I knew this was not the correct fragrance. Per their return policy, I returned the product and expected a refund, minus their stated restocking fee. I have not received a dollar. I put tracking on the return, I know for certain that they received the product back. I am out nearly 200 dollars and no recourse.

I ordered a hard to come by perfume, the lid, neck, and sprayer were broken, I immediately contacted them. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. I notified my credit card company, and they researched the company as well. They are treating it as a fraudulent charge. PLEASE don't waste your time or money on this bad company!

I bought two Miss Dior Cherie. Both are fake. They offer attractive prices for fake products that cost them a fraction of the real ones.

Got a bottle of perfume from PerfumeBFF for my wife. She has been using Christian Dior J'adore for a couple of years now and has several bottles. I didn't really notice that the price was a lot lower than regular retail and I foolishly did not read the reviews before purchasing. Gave it to my wife and she immediately said it does not smell right. 15 minutes later we were on a "How to tell if it is counterfeit" site and all of the things they said about counterfeits were true with this package. The seals on the box were wrong, the gold stripes were wrong. The gold plating was peeling. Ingredients were spelled incorrectly. The manufacturing date code sticker was the wrong color and said November of 2009. The sprayer was wrong, the bottle was poorly made and the Dior embossing was missing from both the lid and the sprayer. I immediately requested to return the product and heard absolutely nothing. Sent another email and heard nothing. I ended up going to my credit card company and having them charge-back for the product. All I had to do was show them the sale and say "just go out to the Internet and look at the reviews". They completely and immediately understood and reversed the charge. I get that people need to make a living, but this is just fraud. the positive reviews you see on the Internet are either 15 year olds that don't know what the real product is or somebody from PerfumeBFF stuffing the review sites with positive reviews like New Jersey car dealers. In hindsight, how legitimate is a company that has an email at gmail?

Just don't order from them unless you really want fake, ingredients unknown products.

I shop online quite frequently at perfumebff.com. I am always so impressed with their standards. I always get exactly what I ordered.
After buying perfume from perfumebff.com, I had I always prefer to buy perfume from perfumebff.com . I will order more perfume from this online store and refer to all my collegue and family members too.

Please do not buy anything from perfumebff. They send fake stuff. I ordered dior from them and they sent a fake perfume. The way I know it's fake because at the bottom of the box the words are mis spelled. Also when I asked for a refund because of the reason they did not deny that it was fake. Now they refuse to answer my e-mails about the return so I'm now stuck with $60 bottle of fake perfume.

I love my perfume and will be telling my friends about this site.

My experience with perfumebff has been a good one. Great prices and decent selection will have me shopping here at Christmas.

The good reviews on here are obviously fake. I bought a perfume and cologne and both were counterfeit. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and when I emailed them about a refund they said they would but I had to mail them back plus pay 20% restocking fee. Do not buy from them.
