I needed a prepurchase marine survey for a 1982 Vripack custom 61’ . Took a couple of weeks to get the survey and it was pure fantasy. Listed a washer and dryer and there is not even a proper hook up let alone the washer and dryer. He listed a Samsung dishwasher and there is none. He listed a Samsung refrigerator and freezer and there are custom made refrigerators and freezers but none made by Samsung. Best one was the 5 window wipers and washers. None exists. Wish they were there, now I’ll need to spend $4000 or more for them.
No photos, model numbers etc. 4 pages. Surveyor imagined a remote control spotlight too. He missed stuff too. I’m going to have to get another survey done which will take more time and over $2000 more. Paid by Zelle at his insistence so no way to complain. Good luck, I got screwed.
