I was a bit leery about the two fairway woods after all of the hype but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the clubs are as promised. The customer service has been fantastic and everyone is so willing to make this purchase a positive experience. I look forward to enjoying my purchases.

I decided to buy the 357 and 359 Fairway clubs. On January 28, I ordered each. Shortly thereafter, I received a discounted offer on the same clubs. I then canceled my initial order which was for $361. I bought the new clubs for $278. When I canceled the initial order, I was told that it had been shipped already. All I needed to do when I received the clubs was to send them back and I would have my $361 refunded. I am fairly satisfied with the clubs themselves. However, I have appealed to performance golf and have been promised my refund of $361 but it has not happened. I need to receive my refund before I can trust anything that performance golf promises.

I am 70 and watched the 357 ads and said why not. The club is great, I have hit it off the fairway, out of rough and sand. I love the ease and the way the ball comes off the face. I also thought the whole customer service was great from start to finish, and being in Canada, I was concerned. PG delivered on all counts. Thanks guys,

Performance Golf is a predatory merchant. They are sneaky and conniving. They send you things you didn't order and charge you for them. They sign you up for their $299 video classes and also charge you a monthly fee without your knowledge, They are very deceptive and very good at it. When I discovered that they had signed me up without telling me, I disputed the charges with Discover Card. Discover Card waived all of their charges but then Performance Golf sent Discover card bogus, made up communications claiming that I had signed up for their @#%$ and that they did nothing wrong. Sadly, Discover Card believed them and charged me the $299 again. What a scam. Beware, Beware, I also plan to stop using my Discover Card.

The level of customer service is excellent - I have interacted for a number of years with PG, using their on-line courses, in-person coaching and golf equipment. Each time, I have dealt with a different employee and each time they have navigated the US/UK wrinkles to deliver their services with a minimum of fuss, a maximum of helpfulness and faultless customer service. And - my golf is getting better as a result! Definitely recommended.

One of the reasons I purchase courses from Performance Golf is because of their 365 day guarantee. Up to this point I have never had to invoke the guarantee, but I'm happy to report that Performance Golf 365 day guarantee is for real. I emailed them with my displeasure with a particular course asking for a refund. They offered to refund my money or let me choose 2 of their course, which basically is giving me one free, which I did take advantage of.

I purchased a SF1 a year ago and I absolutely love it. This is why I purchased today the SF2,357 and the 359. I had a little trouble on the ordering of these clubs but the Support team emailed me back very quickly to help me solve the issue. I am very happy they got back to me right away. If these new clubs work as the SF1 I will be back to buy more and give my honest opinion of them.

My sole purpose was to purchase the 357 Club and to try it out for my self. I did not intent to purchase the Companies online monthly support or classes, however I was charged for these. I had not even been able to try out my new club and I needed to go in in for knee replacement surgery. I discussed my situation with Performance Golf and they were kind enough to immediately refund the money I was charged for their support and classes in full. That is a definitely a Company with solid moral fibers. Thank you.
