I’m confused

I’m confused. Why have all our accounts been blocked, but illegal Iranian gambling sites and exchangers—operating without any licenses and actively involved in money laundering—still have access to Perfect Money services? Is it because they have a lot of money?

Why is it that people like me, whose livelihood depended on their accounts, had to be blocked while these platforms continue to operate freely? Perfect Money is nothing but a scam that only cares about profits.

Title: Frustrating Experience with Perfect Money - Withdrawal Issues

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfect Money. I initiated a withdrawal of my funds on [insert date], and it has yet to be processed despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

Key Issues:

Withdrawal Delays: My funds have been stuck for far too long, which is unacceptable for any financial service.

Poor Customer Support: The responses from customer support have been vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored.

Lack of Transparency: There has been no clear communication regarding the status of my withdrawal, causing significant frustration.

I regret trusting Perfect Money with my funds and hope they improve their services. I advise others to be cautious when using this platform.

Perfect Money is A Scam

Perfect Money is, without a doubt, one of the worst payment platforms I've ever used. After using the service for a week, my account was suddenly frozen without any reason or warning. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I received no meaningful response, and my funds are still inaccessible. The lack of transparency, poor support, and suspicious behavior make me believe this platform is a complete scam. If you're thinking about using Perfect Money, save yourself the frustration and loss – avoid it at all costs. They will take your money and leave you stranded.

Their verification system is very difficult

Their verification system is very difficult. They accept a utility bill but they would not accept your Notice of Assessment from the government.

I was advised I can provide my NOA and they first said it was not clear. I resent the same thing and now they are saying I need to contact my government to get a letter with a stamp. I have a CIBC account and the online statements do not have an address on it. If you are renting it is difficult to provide a utility bill

I think they make the verification system this difficult so you would get fed up and go ahead and use their service without verification in which they charge you a higher percentage.

Perfect Money can definitely change the way they verify your address in order to accommodate interested customers.

This is a legit company...but!

This is a legit company, but also less a serive than another money making scheme to leech moeny off those who have no choice but to unfortunately deal with them.
You will get your money eventually - or should I say some portion of your money - and sometimes without hasstle, but possibly with major headaches.
Their 'optional' verification process (yes, 'optional' if you'd actually like to get your money) is intensely irritating - I many times uploaded offical statements which they rejected without explanation, Even when asked for the precise reason of their rejection they just robotically copy pasted the same info anyone can see on their site as to what they accept as proof. Which by the way mostly appkies to 'old world' countries like North America which still has things like utility bills and print bills with stamps - most modern countries send bills virtually (which they do not accept) and many do not receive standard, old style documents like bank statements.
But that was just the first layer of weeks-long irritation. Then came the final withdraw of money. If you are withdrawing tens of thousands of dolalrs then you don't care about their high fees, but small amounts will incur such high fees (in my case I would ahve lost 20% just to ask for a bank transfer; instead I was forced to still lose 15% for a PayPal transfer through yet another company who sucks out their pathetic excuse for a living off of my money).
So, in general, Perfect Money is a disgusting expression of the overall revolting financial system which just exists as parasites disguising themselves as a 'service', but hey, it's not their fault - it's a symptom of our overall society and likely their workers don't even notice that their doing anything suspect by screwing others as, hey, it buys them an overpriced cocktail at the end of their sad day.

Avoid perfect money

Avoid perfect money, you can open many support tickets and none will be replied to. It’s very hard near impossible to get your money from them. Use a different payment method to receive or send money. I got paid to perfect money and now they are asking for more money to meet there send limits. So you have to add £300 to get any money out which is not happening. Avoid.
