The shipping was fast and I'm very satisfied with the pair of regular fit jeans. I have quite long legs and it fits perfectly. I'm really happy :)

I´ve been searching for the perfect everyday pants that are comfortable yet elegant, not being suit pants or denim jeans, Perfect Jeans did the job well, I´m both tall and farm from slim fit and they did fit perfectly, I really love the sleek design and stretch, I will buy a couple f more pairs for sure!

No return labels are available for US purchases, which is not stated on the website or FAQ regarding returns. If you need to return, you will need to pay full price for international shipping back, and the package must be received by PJ within 14 days of receipt - difficult to accomplish without some kind of express delivery service. I know this because the initial delivery of my order was delayed for a couple of weeks because it was sitting in customs. Also, please know that the size chart, I have been told by a customer service rep, lists measurements at full stretch, which is much less than the unstretched measurement. I was unable to get the jeans I ordered up far enough to zip them.

Updated my review from 1 stars. Order arrived after posting. The jeans are very comfortable, and I am happy with them. I'm keeping the review at 4 stars because it took 9 days to arrive (to the Netherlands), and I received no reply from support after asking more than once for an update on my order.

A great pair of jeans! Many colors and different fits to choose from. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, custom service was fast to help and it was easy so I could order the correct size. Fairly fast shipping as well.

The Perfect Jean is not close to perfect. They only offer even lengths first of all and secondly, you can't return them after washing them where they shrink just enough to no longer be a "Perfect Fit" They end up short. The odd thing was that the pair I ordered were the exact waist and inseam measurements I wear with my Levi's, 33 waist and a 30 length, but the length on the "Perfect Jeans" was much longer (about 1 ½ inches longer) than the Levi's when I tried them. I looked for a 29 length which they didn't offer so I exchanged them for a 28. I could have just gotten the pair I originally ordered hemmed but I couldn’t justify spending another $20+ if these were advertised as a perfect fit. The jeans were passable to wear, they could have been a bit longer and had a slight break where the pant leg meets the footwear but I thought I could make it work. Then I thought that they would shrink after washing. So I checked the website and they said they don't shrink, just stretch back to their original size. So, after reading that I washed them, now they are too short and I have a pair of $80 jeans I can't wear.

Perfect jeans absolutely live up to their name! I had been searching for the "perfect jeans" for a long time before I came upon this website. I now own 6 pairs and absolutely love them! The two measurements are easy to take and result in a perfect fit. They feel like a second skin!
And I love the wee note that Emil and Signe enclose with the jeans. A personal touch that is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this company!

I have short, fat legs! I’ve spent years trying to a pair of jeans which, in my opinion look good on me. Finally found them - Perfect Jeans are perfect for me. Lots of stretch, very comfortable to wear and loads of colours and styles to chose from. Arrived quickly too - I’ll be going back for more x

So many lovely styles and colours to choose from and easy to find the perfect fit!

I have bought three pairs, and I appreciate that they come in "flexible" sizes so that they fit us who don't have model bodies. The black jeans lost colour when laundered, so that deducts a bit from the rating. The blue ones however kept the original colour through many laundries.

Just got my 'Perfect Jeans' and the fitted nicely are soft and comfortable. Looking forward to use them a lot in the future!

I love the quality of these jeans. The material is soft but durable and they fit perfectly. I love that they come in different length - being 5'11" I often struggle finding jeans in the right length. I have not ever needed to return an item, but the delivery and any interaction when ordering were very slick. No issues - I already have 6 pairs in different styles and colors and will go back for more.

Ordered (2) pair of jeans, ordered a size down as the website suggests. Jeans are very loose on me, washed them hoping they'd shrink, they did not. Contacted customer service and after waiting exactly one week, contacted them again, when they replied, my first email was in the thread, they claimed the reply went to junk mail. Impossible, considering the entire email thread is visible to us both. They replied and told me I could not exchange for a smaller size because I had washed them. Bad customer service for an online outfit, (no pun intended). Won't spend anymore money with them.

Can’t tell how the jeans are because despite using several different cards and 3 different devices I was unable to buy them. Their customer service department was less than useless even after my bank said there was no issue with any of my cards.

Great product and very good customer service. Even though there shouldn't have been any custom fees, I was charged an extra CHF 20.-- (Switzerland). I messaged customer service about it and they immediately took care of it. I was so grateful.
I love the quality of the product as well and already ordered twice.
