Great Customer Service and Highly Professional

Great customer service from the moment I rang them. Danny explained all about having the cracked alloy welded on our car including the downside of it. He was friendly and polite when we went to have the job done. The premises were smart, clean and the waiting area comfortable. We were offered a hot drink whilst we waited. Danny explained how long it would be and reminded us again about the process. All staff were extremely professional throughout. He was extremely knowledgeable and the job was completed successfully. We would highly recommend them.

I have wheel insurance through premia…

I have wheel insurance through premia solutions and they use this company to do wheel refurb. The wheels were quite badly damaged so I didnt expect them to be able to be fixe them The wheels were collected by Fedex on the time and day I was told and were fixed and returned within a week. The comms all through the process were excellent and when the wheels were returned they were better than when new. I am really pleased with the service provided and would 100% recommend Perfection for wheel refurb
