Enquired about a bargain solo holiday and with the help of gemma store manager and luke of the liverpool store booked it ! Not only did i recieve the most excellent customer service .. information details but also a free gin and tonic to celebrate , ( soft drinks too was offered ) how amazing !!!!.
This company not only gets you a really good holiday but they give a very warm informal experience but very professional . Home ftom home .. i shall book further holidays here so impressed too about the kids corner providing sweets and toys while you book your holiday. well done to all the staff at the liverpool store xxx

Please don't go with this company if anything goes wrong they want help you I was stranded at airport because Ryan air cancelled my flight love holidays didn't tell me I had to phone around in panic to get money from family its left me devastated now live holidays are sorting out nothing again nor Ryan sir the hotel was so disgusting on holiday honestly because of this never again

if I thought I could organise a family trip on my own online, think again....Mel at Perfect Holidays was amazing throughout, we knew we wanted to go to Singapore, Bali and Lombok and travel about> Mel gave us options with amazing reccomendations within our budget, plus all flights and transfers went to plan and all organised in advance. communication and care was off the chart. couldnt reccomend highly enough. thank you

Mel (Perfect Holiday) was recommended to me by a friend and it was very good advice.
I thought I knew what I needed until
I sent my plan to Mel and she then made a few tweaks to my flights which helped me save money and made some suggestions to hotels that she thought I would like to stay in especially the RIU Plaza in Chicago.
If anyone is planning a holiday I would ask for Mel at Perfect Holidays her knowledge is invaluable, I for one will be using her again.

What an amazing holiday. Mel booked our holiday to Las Vegas, and when we decided to spend a few days in San Francisco visiting family she arranged all this as well. The flights and hotels both in Vegas and San Francisco were excellent.
Mel knows how to take the stress out of a holiday and we wouldn't book with anyone else.

Melanie was extremely helpful and patient in helping us plan a summer holiday for 10 people to Croatia in July 2024.
She was able to recommend a hotel which would be able to cater for several dietary needs, including Vegan options and also went above and beyond to answer all my queries promptly.
She made the whole process of booking a holiday for several different age groups very simple.

Just returned from a 3 week holiday to Mauritius and dubai organised with advice and guidance from Mel. The hotel in Mauritius was absolutely fantastic transfers on time and drivers very friendly and helpful with tips and guidance . All flights were great. We will be using Mel again for our travel needs .

Professional, quick response's, always great recommendations, couldn't ask for better customer service. 2 years ago my family of seven were caught up in the hurricane in Florida, Mel sorted everything out, extra accommodation, additional flights for the whole party. Just got back from a break booked by Mel at Perfect Holidays. Mel helped find the right hotel and room combination for us maki g it really easy to finalise things. She check specifics with the hotel around beds etc so we knew what we were getting! She also checked us in and sorted boarding passes so the whole experience was seamless for us!
