Bad communication
The product is great but the communication was a bit off i placed the order on Thursday and the lady told me it will either be delivered on Friday or Monday but when i asked Monday if it was being delivered today she said yes. She sent me a tracking link that showed that the parcel was only collected on Monday at 4:15

Bad shopping experience
It was such a bad experience to buy from Perfect Deals because I bought stuff online using my bank card and they sent me a confirmation email of my purchase, but after a week when I enquire about my order , that's when I get told that they did not receive my payment and I had to be the one to send them my proof of purchase and after few days that's when I get an email to inform me about my order been sent out to the courier.
