Sent the wrong rotors for the front promised me they would fix it and then stopped replying to emails

Didn't just take the order but put in the effort to get it right.

They are quick to ship, unlike when I ordered Yamaha OEM brake pads it took 2 months for Yamaha to send the pads to the supplier which wasn't good at all.

I was very happy with perfectbrakes. I have a 1993 Suzuki DR350 and wanted an oversize front brake rotor and caliper relocation bracket. No one in the United States had it in stock or was able to order it from EBC. Perfectbrakes quoted me a price, ordered it from England, and I received it within about 2 weeks. Easy install. Better braking. Quieter also with the full floating rotor and new pads.

They did what they said the would do. They were accurate, fast, and were excellent business folk

Very easy to use website made it really easy to find the right products for my Harley. So much choice - I went for the semi-sintered orange pads and black chrome centered rotors. I wasn't too sure about which pads to choose but after I called Perfect Brakes, their very helpful and knowledgeable technical department explained the benefits so I went with their recommendation. I will definitely be back to buy more brakes for my Ford F150 when the time comes to replace them.

This would be my 3rd order from them and haven't had any issues. Their website was basic before but it has been updated. I always get what I ordered but I don't remember if you get a tracking confirmation. I know before you didn't but then I'd get home and my brakes were there. I have no complaints using this business. I only gave 4 stars because of the shipment/tracking notification but I will order from them again.

Absolutely horrible. They are EBC's store front, bit if asked they will lie and tell you they are not.
I don't even have the time to tell how bad of experience that I had. The short story is the website is terrible, customer service is non existent , and Brendan Cashman , the guy that supposedly runs the place is a liar , and a bully. He did get cooperative until I suggested that I would just deal with England. I that someone should fly out and check out this operation. If it were my company, I wouldn't put my name on it.

If you really ebc brakes, go to place for brakes. Simple website, and great customer service.

Its going on 4 weeks , and I still don't have any brakes for my truck.

I purchased pads (Green) for our 08 Chev Equinox based on the performance of the same type pad installed on the front of a 94 Chev pickup. The pads arrived promptly. Installation was a little troubled. The rotors were turned. The rear pads came with new clip on shims which I installed. The fronts did not so they were installed without. They squeaked horribly. Left a call for Perfect Brakes, but no call back. Finally, I removed the pads and transferred the shims from the old pads to the new. That helped a lot, but now after about 3k miles, they still squeal when coming to a gentle stop, especially when warm. I think it is getting better with age. My big complaint is the lack of customer service.

I had a great experience with Perfect Brakes they were kind and very helpful to font the right brake package for my jeep . I would recommend anyone I to come here for brakes. Thank you.

I originally purchased brakes from Perfectbrakes and when I did I never got an email confirmation but my paypal account showed a charge from them. When I called the customer service phone number the lady that answered said that she was about to leave for the day and I that I would need to call back the next day to check on the order. What kind of customer service is that? The next day I called and canceled my order from them and bought EBC brakes from AutoAnything instead. I won't waste my time with Perfectbrakes again, I would go back to AutoAnything in the future.
