Beneath each plan, in small print, it is indicated that the plan “will be billed X every X months,” and our terms clearly state that subscriptions are set to automatic renewal. If a subscription is cancelled correctly, no further charges should occur.

Client satisfaction not a priority
Registration and set up is really easy and the app allows you to be flexible with exercise and eating plans. HOWEVER, once the initial reduced price of the subscription is up, it automatically renews. The price that was debited from the account is nearly 3 TIMES higher than the initial price with no warning or notification. I cancelled my account and requested a refund, this is where it became messy..... because I had closed my account, they said that they are unable to access ANY information whatsoever. This is a concern as by law, electronic records need to be kept for a certain period of time, they didn't even keep them for 24 hours!!! They hide behind the beloved T's and C's..... how convenient for them and because their information disappears into thin air, they cannot do anything, their hands are tied.... again very convenient for them. I wonder how many other people have been "caught" by this.

I found the recipes were well described. All the ingredients and then the preparations were excellent. If one was not to the liking there is a lot of choices to change.

I ordered a diet plan for $20
I ordered a diet plan for $20. A month later I was charged $49.99 for
"Support" which I did not order or use. The phone # on their web site is answered by either a male or female then disconnects. When you get them through email you get many excuses about why thy can't refund the charges. Be very careful if you are considering ordering from this company.
I have contacted the Helloperfectbody.me website many times and they refuse to refund my money because I canceled the plan. I provided all the proof they asked for but got nowhere.They continue to email me with excuses but I’m out $49.99. Very shady business.

Don't take their Quiz Be Careful
I have provided all the details they asked for but they didn't contact me. Their replies are also fake like their positive reviews. They know me they just asked for the details for formality. They know very well what they have done.

I accidentally accepted their 7 day free trial in December 2024 , I took a quiz and then unsubscribed and deleted the App. Just two days ago I found out that 87 dollars are being deducting from my account by PayPal I usually do most of the payments through PayPal when I checked my PayPal account I was shocked to see i was being charged by Perfect Body since 5th December, they even charged 15 dollars for the 7 day free trial, then from 15 December 2024 till 16 Sept 2025 i was constantly being charged 87 dollars every month. I contacted them and they they can't help me and then stopped replying to my emails,their contact number is also fake.They never sent me any email in this 10 months period. When I asked them to provide me any proof of sent email or any invoice or why they don't take calls on the number they have provided on their website and that why can't I leave a review on their website they didn't respond and completely ignored my mails. Then I contacted PayPal customer service and told them the whole thing. They also asked them from any invoice or proof of sent emails they failed so PayPal refunded me the amount I paid during last six months. They still owe me 300 dollars which they have simply refused to refund. Everyone please be careful I clicked their link while using Instagram, despite cancelling my subscription during the free trial period ( they charged me for that as well), they continued to charge me without sending me any sort of notification or email. Even when I tried to unsubscribe them now it was so hard the link took me back to quiz it took me 10 minutes to cancel my subscription. The positive reviews on their website are just fake because I as a client could not leave a review. Believe me they are scammers don't fall into their trap. Once they get you details they will not let you go. The positive reviews are fake. Please be careful I lost my 300 dollars for nothing. It was only due to PayPal some of the amount was recovered otherwise they don't reply to my emails. They are cheaters.

This app helped me to build a routine and stick to it. Most pf the meals are tasty and easy to cook. Also I like the exercises, they are not too heavy but I still feel my body next day.

A great app to help with losing weight…
A great app to help with losing weight healthily - so good I recommended to a friend & she's now using it to lose weight successfully..Not only helps with weight loss but also a great educator on a healthy way if eating. Choice of several types of diet plan eg Mediterranean, balanced - no silly fad diets!. Diets you can really stick to.
A great choice of meal options - a suggested plan for the day with the ability to change each meal. Ability to create shopping lists. Ingredients, easy measuring, recipes. A weight loss tracker & other aids if you wish to use them (included). No additional marketing pyshing which was great.
&, best of all, I achieved my goal weight! & Am now thoroughly conscious of what I eat :) definitely recommend.

I never signed up for this at all. They have charged me for the last two months and will not refund me. They are out of integrity and I do t recommend at all. Do not sign up for this. It is fraud.

Easier than I thought…
The meal have all very very easy to make and very tasty, thermals certainly fill me up and are keeping me from snacking on the wrong foods. I also like how you can swap the meals if you don’t fancy any of them and there are lots to choose from. Hoping to see a loss on the scales tomorrow.
