I strongly advise against buying from perfectbaby.store.
I ordered an item and merely opened the packaging to inspect the product. It was never used, worn, or installed. Despite my statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customer support refuses to accept the return, citing their own internal "store policy."
Company policies do not override mandatory European consumer rights. Opening packaging for inspection does not void the right of return. When confronted with the law, the store simply stands by its refusal and ignores statutory regulations.
Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. I have had to initiate a chargeback and report this store to consumer protection authorities.
