While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

FRAUDS

I placed a $200 USD order on June 7th. Almost three months later, on September 4th, I emailed them to ask what happened to my order. One item was preordered with an expected 6-week delivery time. It was now double that waiting period and not a peep from Perfec-tone. They responded the next day, stating that they were waiting for the bottles used to manufacture their product to arrive from California. They projected an additional week. The week comes and goes, but no word from Perfec-tone. I reached out again, asking to cancel. Three days later, they responded, advising that my order was on its way. Six days after that, I received an email that my order had shipped.

THREE AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, my order ships. Almost FOUR MONTHS LATER, it arrived (today), September 27th.

They give projections they cannot or will not meet. When you ask to cancel an order because of their failure to meet their own projection, they ignore your request.

Here's where this company is really fraudulent:
Their return policy states that a valid reason for return could include, "the product is not working correctly after receiving customized product directions from one of our Glow Agents." HOWEVER, a condition for a return being accepted is that the "product(s) must not have been used, pumped, or altered in any way."

So, on one hand, if you try the product and it doesn't work after receiving their counsel on the application, they say you can get a refund, but then you really can't, because you've already used the product.

It does not get any shadier than Perfec-tone. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay away!

Even if their products, which I am STILL waiting to open, work, you cannot count on them to re-order (when the product runs out), so why even put your skin through the trauma of an unreliable business such as this one?

Dont. Just don't.
