Really friendly support, always happy to answer any questions I had. I would've found it more helpful if Perchpeek helped with finding a property e.g. recommending properties based on the criteria you've given as sometimes it felt like a lonely process. Overall I would highly recommend Perchpeek :)

Never experienced this kind of high end service in Germany.
They are very friendly and take care of each step. Gave me very effect advice on time during the week and weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of using PerchPeek for my relocation, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my move smooth and stress-free. The entire team was friendly, courteous, and always ready to answer my questions or address any concerns I had. Their approachable demeanor made the entire experience much less stressful.

Perchpeek was a fantastic help during my relocation. They provided extremely helpful and relevant information in general, and having a dedicated point of contact for all my questions big and small was a total lifesaver. Relocating is stressful enough. Perchpeek is like having a local expert/admin person/travel agent/wise aunt all rolled into one.

Being new to a country you need all the support you can get from your home search assistant. Katy has been really helpful with getting an accommodation that was as per my requirement which changed a few times however Katy always took it with a smile and guided me throughout. She didn’t just helped me with my accommodation but also provided some useful information which I needed based on what I prefer.

I had a very nice experience with PerchPeek. They helped me find an apartment in Berlin which can be a really daunting experience. They handled the process end-to-end. From the very beginning, they got my apartment preferences, and they did their magic. I only had to confirm viewing appointments and give them feedback if I really liked it. All in all, I am glad I found a really nice apartment.

Perchpeek helped me a lot, from educational content before and after the move to support and guidance during the issues that inevitably came up. Ellen is excellent, very friendly and answered all of my questions, I don't know what I would have done without her!

PerchPeek was there to help me with my move from start to finish and beyond. My POC EJ, kept in touch throughout the whole process and was quick to respond any time I needed assistance.

Designated poc ( Nadja) helped with patience, empathy, and continuous follow ups. In my case she was very knowledgeable about the country and helped with more than housing. Coverage was also available during after hours/ weekends supported by other member (Najra) during poc leave.

They assisted me everything from short-term rent to long-term rent.

The team over at PerchPeek are really professional and empathetic people to work with.

Our experience has been very positive, PerchPeek help was key to know the keys of the Irish market and to be able to rent a house. I want to highlight Ellen's work, she was always looking after us, solving our doubts and giving us security at the time of signing the contract. I recommend them 100%.

The overall process was seamless and stress-free. My relocation assistant was so helpful and supportive. I ended up finding a place to live in Dublin within a month. Would definitely recommend !
