They are full of actively good, naturally derived ingredients. No chemical nasties or animal derived junk. // 100% PLANT BASED XYLITOL: Yes, that's right, we only use xylitol to make our mints and gum taste nice and sweet. We know that it sounds a bit funny, but it's actually a clever little ingredient that helps keep your teeth healthy by clearing away bacteria and plaque in the mouth. Hello, I am Sorry to say that I had a very bad and awkward experience with Peppersmith. I don't attribute it to any individual. I ordered for a chweing gum on 1 st this month. Even After ten days there was no any information available from the brand regarding my order except the first day I ordered.No responsibility on customers. Meanwhile I had to call you to know about the update of the order. Finally you cancelled the order, because you didn't do anything with the order. You informed me that you refunded the money to my account
But until now it hasn't been credited to my account. Now I only have one request from you, please send back My full payment £ 20.98 to my account ASAP. In such event nobody can share the experience to be good.
This is added after reading you response to my review. Peppersmith only contacted after ten days and it was only just response for my enquiry regarding the order. I requested cancellation because you didn't dispatch my order even after 10 days and you have no idea when you will dispatch. Is this a right way of dealing with customer? No any option for customer to track their product? Is it OK?

I adore PepperSmith Extra Strong Mints! I quit smoking a year ago and couldn’t have done so without these yummy mints! Tried to get them from Amazon but that was a nightmare! Paying for a Quality Product
Delivery was fast and I love that the packaging was all recyclable. I'm so glad I discovered Peppersmith mints and gum as even though they are pricier than what I've used for years I know that I'm paying for a quality product.
