how is it legal that a company is…
How is it legal that a company is allowed to keep 2-4 people in the same place for most of the day harrassing people who clearly want nothing to do with them? it would be really nice to be able to walk down the street knowing that nobody is gonna come up to you with that cheap script and false positive attitude to bother you. and god forbid you make the mistake of engaging them because they will use every tool in their emotional manupulation arsenal to squeeze you for every penny they can get from you.
if you want to donate to NGOs then you should be able to make that decision for yourself and donate directly to them should you choose to. I'd rather do that any day than giving a sincle cent to these insufferable leeches

To answer your first question, Indsamlingsloven gives us the possibility to be in public spaces and fundraise for NGOs. We are aware, that not all people are interested in getting approached by fieldsales, and it is definitely not our intent to harass anyone.
Instead, we believe that people should be inspired, and not pressured into supporting a NGO. We do that by giving our employees thorough training and support, which results in them being able to give people on the street a good experience no matter if they choose to support or not.
We’re sorry that you haven't met that ideal yet, when you've been going down the street.
